It just lacks the raw ramming power the Jericho has. So it's up to preference, really.

If you try to turn now, you end up doing a half circle. Even the curb flips me now for some reason.

The buff means that now the FBW-SD should have more ammo in a clip now (OCA Nano uses SMG silencer)
