Holy fuck this sucks dick.
Can't even load the game because of "Stack: PDB is not loaded - the internal callstack is disabled!". Tried reinstalling, repairing, installing with steam, reinstalling graphics drivers, reinstalling chipset drivers, and still can't get it to work.
Running this game on an i3, a 7850, and 8GB RAM. There is no reason this game shouldn't be working - yet it doesn't.

Repairing the game install multiple times
Installing through gamersfirst, uninstalling, then installing through Steam
Launching the game exe from the binaries folder
Launching the game as administrator and compatibility mode
Verifying game files through Steam
Running the game in windowed mode
Changing the graphics settings
This is the error I get in the Bug Reporter once the game has crashed:

Have you tried updating punkbuster? This may sound dumb but it does have a role when you start up the game, unless they wouldnt have the files because G1 doesnt even pay for PunkBuster anymore. It's just the PB files which can mess up the game launch.

I've tried uninstalling it, cleaning the registry, and redownloading it from the PB site. I've also tried the same with installing PB through the launcher.

Hmmm, I wonder if your hard drive is not reading everything in the folder, however reinstalling should of fixed that. Have you tried contacting APB Technical support? Might not be much help but its worth a try.
Also, PMG is too strong. It REALLY does need a nerf.

This is not the error message itself, that's the crash catcher complaining it doesn't have program debug files (basically maps function names to memory address so the crash catcher knows what functions the unhandled exception occurred in)
That also has nothing to do with you lacking memory, APB_MAX_MALLOC_SIZE is (probably) a define. I'd debug the crash for you but APB's crash catcher sucks and won't spit out addresses from the callstack
