BUG FIX (CLOTHING): The Joker Hipster Radio Backpack preset (which was part of that clothing set) is now available through Speedball.
BUG FIX (UI): Arrest icon is now shown in the combat ticker.
BUG FIX (TEXT): Updating system messages for witnessable cash amount.

I hate when phone booths one shot my car
I'm trying to get joker tickets and have more than the top 10% but it's still saying not completed or whatever. Do I need to complete the 40 for silver as well? I have like 17 and the 10% is like 15 right now.

Yes you have to get the silver challenge to get the gold, even if the gold challenge is less than the silver's amount
