it's a federal signal model but I can't remember the exact name
but it does make sense, the top plastic red/white/blue is for helicopters to be able to distinguish the vehicle, which is rather hard otherwise due to the lightbar otherwise being a clear LED lightbar

I'm gonna miss him, he was a cool guy who tried to be as transparent as possible. Hopefully he finds new work.
He is a great artist, but APB:R doesn't deserve him.
Well shit. Still, maybe this means his website portfolio will fill with some more stuff in time, as it slowly has during the end of RTW APB to now

That's pretty cool, I almost wish they kept the weapon models faction separated, but then there's be less stat variety instead and that would be bad.
It's also funny that the Joker would be a criminal weapon because the description says it was designed by the SPPD.

Also explains a couple other things, like why the SR15 and CR762 are so similar (originally being from the same family of weapons) even though in the final game they're made by different companies. Or why the experimental OCA is used by everyone (the story states that weapons companies use San Paro as a test bed by giving the Enforcers their experimental weapons).
