Are the racing suits tradeable?

I played this a good long while ago. Reading stuff here made me consider giving it another shot. Two questions that have somewhat of a factor: 1: Are there still bots standing around in pretty much every hub and such spamming ads for gold selling sites? 2: Did they change it so that you can kill them somehow even though where they are is supposed to be a safe spot? I know its a nit pick, but aside from the obvious issues that game had a few years ago for me, it was annoying as all hell to spawn into a chat full of "cheap gold @RMTscumbags.biz!! All the best!!" with no way of stopping them(I don't believe they had an option to ignore people at the time). Also, I believe its useless now, but I think I still have a thing from when APB was a commercial game for the Key To The City.

If anyone was on the Criminal side in a Fight Club on the pier map a few minutes ago on Joker East, sorry that I wasn't much of a contribution to the team. I'm Sterrance and as I said in chat, I've been up almost 16 hours and playing APB probably wasn't one of the better things I should have been doing while up that long.
