I don't think HS3 is that much viable anymore, even with IR3 the extended damage drop-off is still awful

If I were to make it I'd only allow stock guns everyone has access to early on, no character mods, and then I'd probably ditch the whole thing altogether since APB is really really not the game to be played competitively the random spawns, random mission placement, unstable server and client performance, obscene map design and even worse weapon balance and way too many factors limiting you from actually staging the whole thing are really not something to handwave away

Better play against a trustworthy crew rather than some shady max ranks, don't you agree?
