2 people with DMR = all cars within range are dead. It's kind of fun because it's a sniper, they don't realise their car is gonna blow up in a few seconds :v:

unless something changed very recently, it's still in "a gray area", as in, it's not officially legal, but nobody's going to persecute you to find out whether or not you have it, though if anything picks up on it and bans you you're not going to get unbanned

Team kills don't count. Kills in Fight Club, kills in Opposed Missions and Kills when you're 5 stars all count towards the global total. This is a worldwide event. It doesn't matter what server you're on, it only matters that you're killing. Kills between 00.01 AM (British Summer Time) on the 4th of July to the 00.01 AM (British Summer Time) on the 11th of July count, so keep an eye on the clock.

If we manage to get the number of kills required, we will have access to Asylum for two weeks
The kill count progresses on a world-wide scale, meaning that kills from various worlds mix up

I do not exactly remember it's final purpose but it ain't becoming just another fight club district

IIRC it was a racing or anarchy district. I remember seeing pictures a long time ago of a car ramp in the area? Who knows. These devs suck though, where's my racing districts? :(

however, HQ was never repurposed, but they were making Asylum a full district supposedly
of course we've only had it in Fight Club so far, and it'll probably be Fight Club again because I doubt they've done much (if any) more work

Is there some reason why it seems everyone except me is firing so quickly with stock N-Tecs, STARS and Carbines? They take me out before I can really do anything, but in the same situation I just can't get shots out quick enough. I am NOT trying to hackusate or anything like that. Just seems off.

okay two possibilities of what is happening:
1. You're just getting shot at a lot more accurately than you are shooting them and thus you die faster as they don't waste their bullets (you'd be surprised how fast an NTEC or a STAR can actually fire off the 6 shots they need to kill), and thus it appears that they shoot faster/do more damage
2. It is appearing on your end that they are physically shooting faster than they should be able - easily noticeable when fighting a rapid firing weapon while you're using a shotgun, in this case you see them physically shooting much much faster than what the guns are capable of, right after you fire a shot from the shotgun - this happens when you're interrupting the "flow" of the game, and the same fully automatic burst will appear to be interrupted when you fire your weapon, and then resume at higher speed for the next second or so. It's a visual glitch, nobody's actually shooting any faster.

It happens with every gun on my side. I think it's just about the sound. The fire rate is still the same.
I've noticed that in the latest patch as well. It feels like a few enemy N-TEC users are firing .5x faster than the standard, it's very noticeable in the sound. I'm not sure what to make of it other than a possible sound bug, maybe drawing out the sound so that the next sound appears to come faster?

Nope. I can't remember whether the Marina came after HQ/Asylum, or if they had planned for Enforcer/Crim and Both Social districts
but Marina was always a Mixed Social district, while HQ was the Enforcer Social and Asylum the Crim Social

I notice most on my Typewriter, with CJ3 it still sounds like it fires much slower than other players. Kill time seems completely unaffected though.

The guy asked for opinions, and he gave him one.
I personally agree with him. The uniform looks unused, and the persons face looks super young, so that sort of combination makes the guy look extremely rookie-like.
