It has since found a home amongst the rich and powerful with the 'Anubis', a custom design resplendent in lacquered cherry-wood and brass plating.[/quote] Stats of the gun summarized would be: Does 375 damage so a 3 shot kill with more damage to spare than the RSA so hopefully still a solid three shot kill on CA3. Effective range is 75 meters, dropping off to 60% effectiveness at 95 meters, at which it's a 5 shot kill. Retains 3 shot kill until 80 meters. Fires a shot every .77 seconds, putting it's time to kill at 1.54 seconds, which is slightly faster than the 1.6 of the DMR and the 1.7 of the RSA and slightly behind the ACT44's 1.5. It has a magazine capacity of 9 and is capable of killing an average vehicle with 15 shots, which it can put out in a bit more than 10 seconds, including the 2.1 second reload (which is pretty fast, somewhere between the OCA and the NTEC), which is not really that bad. It's slightly more time than it takes a standard DMR to put out 10 shots which it needs to deal 1000 hard damage, it's long ass 3.2 second reloads included. Unmodded, it has the same accuracy as the DMR, but the custom hunting sight makes it have approximately 1 centimeter of accuracy at 10 meters, which is, quite frankly, all the accuracy you could ever need, though the Scout has a NEGATIVE marksmanship accuracy modifier with HS3 so it is literally more accurate than 100% accurate, so there's no beating that. Interestingly enough, it has a relatively low accuracy modifier of 5.5 when running, totaling 1.04 meters of accuracy radius at 10 meters, which is only slightly worse than the STAR's 0.90 meters. Also, it seems like it may potentially be used for jumpshotting, being about as accurate as an unmodded scout mid air aimed down sights, though I'm not sure if the jump multiplier stacks with the running or sprinting multiplier, which, if it does, it becomes half as accurate as a scout in mid air marksmanship mode. Which is still more than enough. Oh, also, it allows for unhindered mobility, with the same movement speed in all modes as the Scout. Maximum accurate rate of fire for this seems to be a shot every 0.87 seconds, totalling a 1.74 seconds to put out 3 shots it needs to kill, so that's not bad, however, guessing from the long-ish accuracy recovery delay of 0.7 seconds, this thing might pack a good bit of recoil. And that's about all I can say from the stats I can see, aside from things like it's deployment time of 0.75 seconds and how it does not have a crouch modifier for accuracy. Also, interesting tidbit, the WA2000 is a bullpup, and the icon of the gun does not suggest otherwise, so we might see either a very shitty and mismatched animation reused from another gun as there are none like it in the game, or some kind of never before seen animation for it. (Surely not Comic Sans, doesn't look like Arial to me, you know, I mean the text fonts.) 2) Where are mission descriptions stored? I can't find them, and I feel like I checked every file in there. (APBGame > Localization > INT > where to now?)

They only come to rage hack and trolololol it up. People that do the stuff they do is the main reason why APB will never be able truly succeed. While G1 is partly the blame, but you can't completely ignore that it takes a real sack of shit to hack in a f2p.

the real concern is why they bother coming back to hack for a "troll" factor when in the end they can be doing something more worthwhile than that.
