All Points Bulletin: Reloaded V8 - when are they gonna nerf stun guns?

I think you'd have more success putting them on your ignore list. Replying is just helping them derail the thread.
How would HS3, CJ3 and mobility sling work on a pmg? Or on any smg.

Apparently HS3 on a PMG, while crouching and remaining still, is a mid-range no-miss cannon.

Is it still accurate whilst moving?
Is it still accurate whilst moving?
PMG with HS3/CJ3/MS is actually OP if you use it right. but it is accurate on the move.

Yeah but I think at hipfire it turns shitty. Keep it in marksmanship mode if you can.
I honestly wasn't trying to be "oh Vendetta is related to APB so its bad." I really think that the game looks dumb and knowing the quality of work that RP does it will most likely end up being a bad game. Plus recently Ive been somewhat friendly...
RP =/= G1
I always use mm for every gun, can't seem to aim well without it. I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow.
Are you implying an N-TEC with HS and CJ is overpowered?
Nah, even if both sides had been using the same exact guns, the outcome of that match would have most likely been the same, it's about how people who have more experience at abusing the game's flawed mechanics than the other side are given all the power in the world and will easily end up always getting in a one sided engagement with only one possible outcome since there's way too few variables that determine it and players can control pretty much all of them with some practice, easily funneling enemies into their comfort zone and destroying them with no real effort
THIS is the real problem with APB, not the braindead community, not the arguable weapon balance, not the cash shop, not the mission design, not the terrible optimization, not the dated graphics
Experienced players are obliterating inexperienced ones? Outrageous.

Isn't that pretty much the description of skill?
Experienced players are obliterating inexperienced ones? Outrageous.
The problem is the experienced ones abusing the system so they always face those that are inexperienced, and then go on to say they are "good" lol

How do they do that? I mean how do they always face inexperienced players, silver districts?
How do they do that? I mean how do they always face inexperienced players, silver districts?
Purposely going into low threat districts, losing matches against low threat players purposefully so that their threat eventually drops from gold to silver, then silver to bronze in some cases. I've even seen a rank ~200 green in social before. That way, with their lowered threat, they will no longer get the penalties in rewards from when they were golds going into a bronze/silver server.
Does the 30% weapon discount stack with the premium 20%?
Does the 30% weapon discount stack with the premium 20%?
Sadly no.
Isn't that pretty much the description of skill?
Skill and experience allow you to control these variables, true, and that is absolutely okay by all means.
The problem is, here, there are very few variables to control and it is way too easy to control them. In an actually good game there should be a lot more variables determining the outcome of a combat encounter, and they should all be controllable, but there should be so many of them and so difficult to control that the more skilled side would just be able to improve their chances of survival, like, from 10% when being flanked they should be able to push that up to about 40% if they're extremely good, instead of guaranteeing it like in APB
how often do you see a rank 9 trainee killing a gold 235 after attempting to flank them since they were staying in the same spot and not attempting to hide any of their movements and generally not putting any thought into their survival?
the answer is like one in a hundred thousand, since the gold 235 will just know all of the possible access points to position, and even if he does not spot being under attack up until the bullets start flying to them, he'll most likely have cover somewhere close by behind which he'll just hide, reload, regenerate, wait till the enemy gets in comfortable range, and ends up taking no risks and guarantees his own survival, despite doing completely stupid things in a tactical sense, like camping in the same hallway for the entire round, but he's allowed to, because nothing can actually take him down, no frontal assault, no flanking maneuver, no weapon to catch them unprepared and kill them before they realize how many mistakes they've been doing and actually do anything about it
note the difference between "skill" and "experience" - one is the ability generally act smart, be careful, be quick and be undetectable, and the other just means that you know the map and weapons well enough to know that there's nothing for you to worry about
a skilled player without experience will, at best, have a decent chance at winning
an experienced player without skill will not even have to take any chances at all
Is anyone else having connecting issues to the world server? I can connect into the character screen however it doesn't connect to the world server and boots me back to the log in menu. Any ideas?
I hope they re-add the fov command, I quit shortly after it was removed, makes it feel horrible to play.

It costs the same as a 3-Slot JG, and has the tactical skin.
All in all it's not a bad deal, just beware of CJ3 making your spread huge and RS3 being useless
or you can not waste your money, max pointman, and buy a 3 slot tactical and put mods that aren't a pile of shit on it
or you can not waste your money, max pointman, and buy a 3 slot tactical and put mods that aren't a pile of shit on it
Just to know, what mods would you put on it, instead?
RS isn't useless.
RS on a shotgun keeps the spread tight. RS3/CJ3 has a decent spread to still be really powerful plus it has the faster firing speed. If you get a 3 slot, do those 2 mods as well as mag pull 3. MP2 gives it the same ammo count but the 3 gives it a much faster reload speed than MP2.

per-pellet spread and crosshair spread are two entirely different effects, handled by two completely different IDs.
Notice how CJ has a stat on it's own for pellet spread? The crosshair on shotguns indicates where the middle pellet goes, not how wide the spread is

Middle pellet? This isn't the CSG. The JG has a random spread.
Though now I'm wondering of the CSG with RS would have a different kinda spread. :v

No it doesn't. I am quite sure you were around when proper hit-markers (which showed where the bullets actually went) could be toggled

I never knew a feature like that ever existed.

Check out my edited post then. It was not intended, and it has been removed

more symbols
That's fucking impressive, you have a tutorial somewhere?

The most complex symbol I've made so far is a biohazard logo symbol :v:
Just to know, what mods would you put on it, instead?
none, because the stock JG rips the fuck out of everything anyway
but if I did have a 3 slot, Magazine Pull, Tagger, and god knows what for the third
