I updated the injector to work with the latest patch.

I'll have to figure a way to stop it from breaking every game update..
Also, it should work on the GOG version.
I just found a pretty major bug. When you get Abigail's friend level high enough to trigger a scene where you enter her room after entering the shop (happened at two stars for me) your character tries to walk over to the spot beside her but you overshoot and end up walking into the wall infinitely instead. Might be a good idea to reset your speed to the default during cutscenes if possible.
Edit:

I doubt a screenshot's necessary but I'm supposed to be just to the left of her here. Instead I just keep walking left and can't interact with the game in any way. This was with my speed level set to 3 in the config file by the way.
So what's the verdict from people who tried it out? I never played any of the Harvest Moon games so I'm kinda intrigued.
How much content are we talking about here, and is it worth the price?
How do I put a hook/bait on my fishing rod?
I'm having a bit of issue tracking down more hardwood, I cleared my farm from all the logs and stuff that give hardwood, any other places I can find those at?

Also, having only reached summer, this song is probably my favourite so far
Are there any negative effects when you pass out?
I was in the mines and it started getting late and after a few ZZZ-bubbles I passed out and just woke up in my bed.
Also does the forge not work right now? I can place it but right-clicking it just makes it pop out so you can pick it up.
Like the other guy said, you start off the next day with half stamina, and I think depending on how rich you are, the medic people who "take you back to your farm" charge a percentage of your wealth.
If you've got 10g to your name, they'll always save you for free. I haven't been knocked out recently, cause I'm pretty sure I'd lose a nice chunk of my 10,000G wealth.
Also try not to get knocked out in the mines because you'll lose three random items (other than your undroppable tools) from your inventory and lose your memory of the last ten floors of the mine so you'll have to re-explore them.
Wow, I didn't know about this. I escaped the mines yesterday with 3hp. Would have ragequit if it made me lose 10 mine levels.

Open inventory, right click bait, right click your rod. You need the fibreglass rod.

Yeah I'll try to reset speed during cutscenes. Thanks for the bug report

I started out by watching a few of Etalyx's videos. After he barely managed to get a small patch of plants going, and took a tour around the village in over an hour of gameplay, I decided to give it a go.
There's a lot of content. Almost a hundred different crops, a ton of crafting recipes, a tiered level progression system that affects everything from what you can make to how efficiently you can work, 28 villagers you can befriend, holidays, a town to rebuild, a farm you can build and manage... This game definitely isn't lacking things to do.
The one thing I seriously think they should change is the bullshit Kitchen requirement to cook. At least give us a cheaper alternative that lets us craft average meals. I'd much rather turn all my crops into meals to sell at a higher price.
Just had to replace my entire fence lines because my wooden ones started to rot, I didn't know that was a thing but I guess I'm stuck with using the stone one.

They break too after a while.

Welcome to agony town.
Please tell me Jumino Kart doesn't give you some kind of reward, playing it makes me really angry.
Managed to reach floor 100 at the mines.

The chest on that area had an item called "Stardrop" which basically increases your max energy permanently, anyone encountered any other ways to get stardrops?

Festivals.
I don't like how the approval ratings decrease over time if you don't talk to people. It's pretty hard to talk to several people in the game each and every day. And it just adds to stress.

Campfire should let you make some basic recipes, maybe even just an ability to cook fish for a slightly higher profit or something.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THIS GAME! It looks sooo cute, and I've played so many Harvest Moon games. Easily one of my favorite series.
Ive read this game might get co-op? Is this true? If yes, it would be amazing.
I am struggling to do all i want in one day. Fishing, farming, dungeon etc etc. But this is a good thing, need to prioritize.

Yes and in future you can [del]fuck[/del] and marry other players.
How would the whole day-night cycle work in co-op, without it devolving into minecraft's "god damn it everyone, get in bed already!" system?

Increased timescale, same time scale and just individual resting which would regen energy in like a minute. Same system as Minecraft, Remove energy altogether... all are ways to get around that I'd imagine
I think it'd be interesting if in co-op everyone had their own farm lot, players could specialize in particular crops, trade things, raise individual families (compete for the hearts of the same women?), maybe even go for Animal Crossing style multiplayer, different towns with different select goods and prices. Maybe a farmers' market where players can trade their actual goods and socialize?
That's really shooting for the moon though, it'll probably just add a few rooms to the farm house and call it a day.
Played 8 hours in a row. Shame on me.
I was huge fan of Harvest Moon games, I really think Stardew is better, the gameplay, the rythm of the game... they seriously did a great job.

That's kind of how I imagined it, actually. All they'd really need to do is instance the farm area for each player but share the rest of the map, but give everyone the ability to invite other players to their farm.
It wouldn't make sense that two people following the same path end up in different farms but it's a video game.

I really like the idea of all players working in exactly the same town, so everything they do affects each other. It's be hard though to add several farm lots to the town, though I guess not impossible. What would work well is if it was like Animal Crossing, and people visit your town, not necessarily live there. You invite Joe, Jim, and Jack to town and they show up at the train station. Maybe you need to buy a guest bedroom to allow multiplayer?
I still then insist that each town has a restricted number of available crops to encourage multiplayer.

You mean he, since it's a one-person project.
Jodi came up and asked me to bring a big mouth bass to dinner. I have since caught forty small mouth bass and nothing else.
I've been giving Haley flowers and she has been flabbergasted every single time.
Then I give her a quartz and she basically went from "Omg! For me?! *gasp*" to "What a FUCKING shit present you FUCKING IDIOT!"
Like uh, whoah.
Only major complaint I have is with the combat. It's so tacked on and nothing; it's a chore, rather than something fulfilling. I'd rather it be completely removed or fleshed out majorly (so, full Harvest Moon, or full Rune Factory, really).
I don't see much room for the latter, and removing it completely seems a better fit, anyway.

that's funny because the only thing i've been giving her is dick

i'm trying to get the summer forage bundle but for some reason the game is not spawning grapes at ALL
i'm assuming they grow on bushes or something but i seriously haven't found a single one and summer is almost over

I accidentally spoiled myself on this while looking up information on something else but [sp]floor 100 is apparently not the bottom. Floor 125 is but you can only get below floor 100 by crating a staircase and using it on floor 100.[/sp]
I still then insist that each town has a restricted number of available crops to encourage multiplayer.
That'd be an awful idea. Let's screw over anyone who isn't interested in multiplayer and try to make the game an actual chore for them if they want to have access to all the crops.
