wild shit doesn't grow if the wilderness is full of weeds, logs and stones. you gotta clear that up to help them spawn faster

Hm, interesting. There's bound to be some inaccurate info out there at this point in time though I suppose. Even the official wiki doesn't even have pages for everything yet.

That'd be an awful idea. Let's screw over anyone who isn't interested in multiplayer and try to make the game an actual chore for them if they want to have access to all the crops.
What do you mean?
[sp]Theres a ladder like, right in that picture, I also went down to 125 with no staircase crafting.[/sp]

Seems like the person who I saw saying that was mistaken or they just managed to not get a ladder there somehow. Also the ladder in that shot was really easy to miss. I didn't even notice it until RaptorRed pointed it out later.

Seen this game around, might pick it up. I (sadly) backed Wild Seasons on KS and regret it badly after seeing this. Loved Harvest Moon as a kid and this looks pretty rad.
Let's all post our farms! It's winter right now so there's not much to see outside besides the basic layout. I really wanna upgrade my house further, cause it's getting pretty cramped.

Is there a way to build a little dog house? I feel bad every time I see my Chewie lying on some planks in the snow.
Only major complaint I have is with the combat. It's so tacked on and nothing; it's a chore, rather than something fulfilling. I'd rather it be completely removed or fleshed out majorly (so, full Harvest Moon, or full Rune Factory, really).
I don't see much room for the latter, and removing it completely seems a better fit, anyway.
Those wallhacking flying fuckbugs traumatized me. First I took out 5 of those larvae-things then got swarmed by another 5 anyway. I got killed.
And I can confirm you lose floors and items and wake up at half stamina next day. I lost 4 items, forgot 8 floors and had to slowly stumble home feeling exhausted.

Never visit the Skull Dungeon
I must've been really lucky with powerups. Beat Prairie King first try, but I've seen some really nasty patterns on streams. 3rd stage in particular is light on giving you anything.
Oh and there's an achievement associated with it that's probably bugged. [sp]Felcor's Challenge is unlocked by beating the game without dying according to its description. I died 3 times though. I'm guessing it's currently checking if your life count is less than the starting life count instead of checking for deaths.[/sp]

What about a multiplayer toggle when starting the game? Toggle off gives you everything but you can't invite people, toggle on and you can invite people but your town doesn't have everything. I'm just shooting ideas around.
I never had a friend to visit my town in animal crossing but I thought the idea was definitely cool.
I would think that when multiplayer comes there will be many things that will be modified it in mind, like for example I really doubt you will be able to have SP and MP farm as same.
Don't ignore birthdays, if you give someone a favorite gift on their birthday you instantly gain like 3 hearts with them

Oh hey! I figured out why Haley was ignoring me!
I forgot her birthday!
Are there storms in spring? I need a battery.
Wow I feel really dumb for not noticing that the lower part of the fridge is a container. And here I am, storing all my food in a wooden chest. :v:

That's good to know. I was trying to look that up earlier and couldn't find any info at all on it. There really needs to be some in-game info on some of this even if it's just a general description.
I've played this 8+ hours straight every day since release, this isn't good I'm getting nothing done irl. I find quitting to be quite obnoxious, especially when you're playing the Gog version which hasn't been updated yet. There's a bug where leveling up prevents the game from actually saving. I went to quit earlier only to level up forcing me to play another day and despite the fact I barely did anything at all that day I still managed to level up one more time. There really needs to be a save and quit option which will just dump you back in at the exact point you were when you saved.

Hit it with a pickaxe. Fun fact: this can also be used to un-till soil.
If you plan to marry someone, prepare to throw out all of your decoration. :v:
Abigail is pissed constantly because she can't find her way around a table.
Well gog version is finally updated, my crash should be fixed so I can carry on with the game.
tiny new release:
https://github.com/kevinmurphy678/Stawdew_Injector/releases
Added a way to enable debug mode and used a quick and dirty script to generate a command list.
The list is buggy and may contain spoilers but anyone wanting to look more into what the commands do can have a look at the code for them in the game itself: http://hastebin.com/olohamijuk.cs
I completed one of the boiler room bundles, but the minecarts still aren't fixed? Do I have to complete every single bundle within the boiler room thing?
Aaaaaand now I'm hooked
I just wish I had a way to make more money without having to spend so much first
Fall event spoiler:

Being able to put items in the community center packages without having to go there.
Being able to toggle the calendar / birthday thingy without having to go all the way to the town
Does having a silo automatically feed your chickens/animals, or is there at least a way to feed the animals without entering each individual coop? Like, a feeding trough you can put outside in a fenced area?
Does having a silo automatically feed your chickens/animals, or is there at least a way to feed the animals without entering each individual coop? Like, a feeding trough you can put outside in a fenced area?
There's an upgrade for the barn that has auto feeding but it takes a while to get to.
Your animals will automatically eat the grass around your farm if they can reach it, and it's a lot more efficient than cutting it with the scythe. Currently grass spreads really slow so at some point you're going to have to start buying hay regardless. Ranching is not really worth it currently
