So today on hippie I got tator after a LOOOONG stint of not being tator.
I at long had the opportunity to pull off my patented ISIS pickup line.
I got me a microbomb implant, C4'd into engineering secure storage and let off some plasma for fun.
Then I had a idea, the power was down and nobody had touched the sing.
I C4'd into the singularity room, wired and set up the PA and dialled it up to full, I then ran to the solars above the library, bought a sing beacon and wired it down.
I then made my way to the bar, and with a single telecrystal left, I bought a C4 and approached the barman.

Before I could use the suicide verb proper, the sing ripped through the bar and consumed everything.
It then went on to eat everything north of the bridge and east of EVA, all of escape and most of science and medbay.
When the shuttle arrived it ate half that too.
I have decided to retire Javed The Jihadi Jiggalo, it took nearly six months but I finally got the chance to use the ONE line I had been saving since it all began.
At this point im surprised there isnt just a suicide belt item that plays a voice line when you detonate yourself

Syndicate Nuke Ops fuckups are the greatest.
I was a lowly assistant when they attacked the station. When they struck it was quick,the lights were out due to a power sink almost immediately and all of the heads were down. Somebody managed to get the shuttle called. I spotted them setting up the bomb right outside of the HoP's office.
They finally armed it and I took my chance.
I ran right up to the nuke, it provided me cover from the shitload of guns they were unloading at me. I checked the nuke and in their haste they left the nuke disc inside of it. I disarmed the fucker and hauled ass to engineering with one of them on my ass. Hacking my way into the super matter reactor I simply tossed it right by it and sealed the door.
Soon after a nuke operative walked into the SM control room, and realized what I had done.
Looking at me from the control room he just said "fuck you" then detonated his explosive implant. The shuttle reached the station soon after and we all lived the end.
How do i make a canister bomb in goon? These thing are insane.
So I'm a trialmin on Hippie. First time admining, neat as fuck.
I also learned how to play abductor, the dos and donts!

What are the best servers at the moment that isn't full of admin abuse and just shit community base? Hippie not included in the list, I haven't played in forever and Goon looks intimidating to learn.
How close is Hippie to TG content/updates? Apparently TG has some crazy clockwork cult shit and a lavaland spawn where ghosts can be ashwalkers?? It's neat
EDIT: Not asking as a 'server pref' thing (I mainly play Goon) but out of interest for hosting, since me and some friends occasionally dick around on other codebases

Hippie rebased to latest /tg/ at the time in October 2015. Since then its mainly been porting their bug fixes.
The only big thing Hippie is lacking right now is TG's Clockwork Cult, otherwise it's got all of the benefits with added farting and buttbots.

Goon might have a lot of shit but it's really chill, nobody cares if you're shit unless you are security and it's real hard to get banned for genuine fuckups, they only really ban for actual malice. Even then you can be a troublemaker so long as you don't murder or really screw over peoples day.
I'd rather go back to Trekchem personally.

I can confirm this. I've only been on the team for a few months or so, but every time bans have been brought up, it's been considered the thermonuclear last resort, and we should make every attempt to avoid banning people. I've only banned 3 people, 1 was a weekban and I believe the other 2 were "Explain on the forums please" bans.
