You left the brig for food when security has food dispensers and a donut box. Even the warden on duty said you were being shitty as well as the administrator. You were caught pretty much off hand permaing someone for insulting you. (Like why would you remove me from the cells and put me in an area nobody ever goes for extra jail time, when you could of merely buckle cuffed me or merely just told warden to watch me)

If Goon is too complex, you may as well give up now. In my experience, most RP servers have convoluted unspoken rules and tons of steps you're expected to do before you try anything out.
If I remember right, Urist McStation was [I]okay[/I]. I didn't like some of the regulars. I hear they moved to Baystation code a while back, so you may or may not want to check them out.

Those are the kinds of roles that CAN ruin someone's fun if you fuck up so it's somewhat justified.
That being said I once saw a borg with a sheet over it's head named "Annoying noisemaker" all it did was use the sound synthesizer to do exactly what you may have guess.
It's not so much "you're incompetent" but more the case of "You're very good at being terrible."
Nobody would care if a borg wasn't actively doing the job assigned to it's module so long as they followed their lawset when it was applicable.

This is why I don't mind goons two shot taser system, or the disablers on Hippie. Nobody minds a few seconds of slowdown from a misfire, but getting stunned is a pain in the ass no matter what.

That is something REALLY nice about hippie is the pixel based aiming, shots don't teleport from tile to tile but move in a line and hit anything they would (sort of) logically collide with, means you get less shots passing through people.

It's also super easy to not get instagibbed by. Just nag the Mechanics to place teleporters, nag the engineers to keep the PTL doors closed, or straight up pay the fuck attention to where you're walking.
Or just carry some metal so you can build a locker or something to block the laser long enough for you to pass by it. :v:
