I know Eternal September is a rightly disputed thing, but you have to recognize the difference between dozens of new players coming into a game at once because they saw their favorite Youtuber making a murderfun video and a gradual trickle of new players coming into a game from various personal stories and recommendations from other players.
have an actually sane admin base and a culture that doesn't encourage being garbage and you can already stem a lot of the "lul graytide lul valids lul hugbox" culture. see: people flinging around racist slurs constantly, coming to goon, then being pissbabies about the fact they can't fling racial slurs and getting banned as they rage against the rules

It is, unless Paradise removed it(they may have, I vaguely remember a PR along those lines back when I still played on the server). Otherwise, it's all just down to shit medbay staff.

there used to be some way to keep someone alive directly after they committed suicide on a few servers. then you could be alive and have the suicide message in your description, but you'd have to keep taking dexalin every couple minutes otherwise you'd die
