Reveal a bigger title than BGE2 w/ gameplay. The only reason Ubisoft did so well is because the other conferences have been awful. The Microsoft conference was arguably better than the Ubisoft one anyway imo, apart from fucking Forza and xXbox One Xx.
Sony focusing on games, like the new God of War, and including gameplaygameplaygameplay will do a lot to help them "win" E3.

Sony just needs to reveal more interesting games than Ubisoft and they're golden. Meanwhile Nintendo has to reveal something like Metroid to top it.
