Well I kinda want the new god of war now and lost a lot of interest in insomniac's spiderman
This is Sony's weakest year yet. Only one hour, average lineup, no significant announcements. Microsoft's easily got the lead, for once, after so many years
Fully expected FROM to announce some PS4-only Souls game, bit surprised they didn't.
Thank god I didn't buy tickets because that would have NOT been worth it.
welp no death stranding at last minute. Was looking forward to some possibility of it.
sony let me down soley because of no last of us 2 :(
Crash Bandicoot at fuckin' midnight. Yeah I'm good Sony, thanks, I'll catch it in the morning.
This was a disappointing E3 even by it's regular standards
Sony's conference for me failed because, while it had some intriguing titles like SOTC, CoD, GoW, and MHW, most of it came down to: VR, 2018, QTE, Cutscenes, and very little actual live gameplay. I like being explained shit to me during conferences. I want to see the devs come out and talk about their game.
There wasn't even any good cringe moments. Shit e3
Fully expected FROM to announce some PS4-only Souls game, bit surprised they didn't.
From stated that they're done with Souls for the moment. Whether or not that means they're done for now with Soulsborne gameplay as a whole or just Dark Souls is yet to be seen though.
Microsoft, Sony, and Ubisoft are all ranking the same for me. Scored a "C" at best. At the very least it wasn't as bad as EA or Bethesda.
so no new fromsoft game, no TLOU 2, no Red Dead 2, Insominac Spider-Man looks like a QTE fest. Sony won E3 lads!
Devolver Digital > Ubi/MSFT > EA > Sony > Beth
if this e3 doesn't show anything new about Scorn or Cyberpunk 2077 i'm gonna fucking kill myself.
lol bye :suicide:
After the past couple years tried to hit it big, what the fuck is up with this year? A handful of standout titles, but it's all incredibly safe and doesn't feel all that grand despite the fucking megatheatre that Sony even bought out.
This E3 sucked literally havent been excited for any trailer that came out with the exception of that open world metro but nothing jaw dropping what the hell happened
disappointed that we got uncharted expandalone instead of last of us part 2
It was especially disappointing after last years E3. 2016: Year of dreams 2017: Year of crushed dreams
Not a great conference for Sony. They seem like they didnt have anything cooked up this year but i bet in 2018 we'll get some big games. Thats not to see there isnt hype, those game look great but we knew about them last year. WHERES MY DARK CLOUD 3.
So far the only things I liked were SOTC, Spiderman, GOD of War, and Destiny 2. Feels shorter and lackluster compared to Sony's last E3.
I'll say Sony won because they can afford giving half the effort on a e3 and still hype it up with PSX, plus the same thing as late year happened when they showed mostly games that are only going to be released a year or more from now or Ubisoft unironically won e3 which is would be fitting to this crazy times we live in right now
There wasn't even any good cringe moments. Shit e3
Don't worry the entire bethesdaland makes up for the lack of cringe.
They barely showed any New D2 Footage i really wanted to see some patrol gameplay or something, not another trailer
I was interested in SotC, Monster Hunter, and maybe that mouse game that I probably can't play anyway because VR. Really felt like nobody really had anything big to show this year.
no last of us 2 ):, so far microsoft has been my favorite for the sheer amount of amazing reveals
RATE THE CONFERENCES UBI>MS/SONY>EA/PCGAMER>BETHESDA
I guess its an off year for games, not a whole lot to look forward to I guess.
Bethesda wasn't great but I'm looking forward to wolfenstien.
I am crushed there was no FF7 or a Fromsoft game. I wanted Bloodborne II so bad.
