In an ideal world without Nintendo being Nintendo, they would've won E3. I have a feeling a lot of Nintendo fans will be furious, angry and sad when they realize how little Nintendo cares about the future of their new dream console. Kinda sucks, but you will see. If you expect anything at E3. LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS. It's the best way, you will get severely disappointed if you don't! So please take this advice, it will make it better once you get to discover nothing relevant to your interests will get announced. If this is some new form of Nintendo, that actually can redeem themselves and give us what we want. Well then, you'd be as surprised as I will be. I have zero faith in Nintendo right now and it will probably not change unless Nintendos' corporate side realize what to do with the Switch in terms of ports, games, VC and what not. Nothing seems to indicate that though, so my scepticism is ridiculously high coming into this E3 for Nintendo. I will however share my excitement if Nintendo turns it around during this E3, i want nothing more than that because I believe Nintendo is one of the greatest assets for new refreshing experiences in video gaming and their uniqueness is second to none when it comes to new game ideas and new games in long running franchises. Basically Nintendo is pretty great when they don't do stupid shit. So hopefully they don't do stupid shit this year. Also just give me Virtual Console already, Nintendo. Please.
Ignoring the idea that they simply wanted to make a sequel, Pillars 2 is guaranteed to sell well while Tyranny underperformed.[/ur] But I imagine it would've been in the works long before that.
Once again personal opinion here, but the mere fact a flawed but captivating RPG which took mechanics from "yer olde RPVGs" and "modernize" them in a way sold less than what's basically a huge mess of a old RPVGs fans circlejerk really saddens me

There was a lot of competition in the month it released in and I didn't even know the game existed until it was already out.
I'd love to hear what ID's been up to since DOOM came out.
Quake Champions

I know realistically they have to make money and stuff and I didn't mind it the first couple times, but now I'm really starting to dislike having to buy the same game over and over. At least a discount would be something?

At least a discount would be something?
Potentially a discount, I've found it ridiculous that they would charge for Virtual console releases over and over again. But, this time around there's a rumour they're using the NES Classic emulator which is much better than the Wii U. So at least you get something better. I bet the delay is more due to the implementation than anything, though there could be other issues going on as well. Though the worst possible thing is that Nintendo just gave up on the Virtual Console concept and are just going to "Free Game month with 3 games rotating from NES era" and nothing else. Hopefully that's not what's going to happen though as I said their wording has me worried with the recent news of the online service. So hopefully it's an issue of implementation and that it takes time to incorporate the two screen concept into a virtual console concept. I just really hope for some information that's more specific than "Have some free games if you're subscribed each month" during this E3. I also hope you guys who bought VC titles don't get too shafted. But, it's Nintendo afterall. So who knows? Even then I really hope that they don't throw their middle finger and actually listened to the feedback of a discount for purchasing VC titles on the Switch.
Another year, another absence from Valve
I stopped getting my hopes up for anything Valve related at E3. If they show something new, I'll be pleasantly suprised but I can't give a fuck anymore at this point.
Im calling it now: Metroid on Switch Left 4 Dead 3 Fable 4 New IP Hero fighter from Microsoft Gears of war card action game.
Can I have a refresher on how this year's Bongo gotta work?
Borderlands 3 plz.
With Aisha Tyler not wearing 5 inch heels and being 6 foot during Ubisoft's presentation and Todd Howard not going this year, I wonder what the point of this E3 will be. EA better bring their A game.

I don't really care about any of the games, I'm most interested to see what Microsoft has to offer. With many highly successful PS4 exclusives released so far this year, and with Nintendo Switch having a successful launch, Xbox is completely fallen off everyone's radars. They MUST leave an amazing impression, or they will continue to decline even further.
Be amazed that Sony wins the conference like last time even more blatantly, I suppose?
Yeah, they announced basically every game they have in plan for the next 5 years. I doubt Death Stranding will even come out on PS4, it will probably be a PS5 title. If Spiderman, God Of War or that android game don't end up being released this year people might get disappointed and feel tricked.
I doubt a new doom will be announced, the last one has been out for barely a year. Maybe some sort of stand alone or expansion like Wolfenstein The Old Blood. I hope the next Wolfenstein game is announced. Oh and I'm pretty sure Beth said they'll be showing off FO4 VR.
We better get more info on Spider-Man
We better get more info on Spider-Man
Oh I forgot about that, yeah.
Mount and Blade: Bannerlord. Only interest. It is in fact the only reason I even know what E3 is.
Quake Champions
That's not from ID though. It's Saber Interactive that's working on this game.
We better get more info on Spider-Man
I thought this was a JJ Jameson joke until I remembered there's a Spider-Man game coming out :v:
Konami announces MG:S
Bongo card should be done later today or sometime tomorrow [del]Also has there been any confirmation of Aisha returning this year?[/del] Aisha won't be there this year.
I'm hoping FromSoft's new projects get a place in the Sony conference.
probably won't watch any of the keynotes live, but i'm hoping to see more ace combat 7 and death stranding
I might be wrong but i dont think From Soft has ever shown Armored Core in E3, Thats more of a tgs thing.
I'm actually pretty hyped for this year. More excited to see what Nintendo will bring to the Switch.
I'm actually pretty hyped for this year. More excited to see what Nintendo will bring to the Switch.
This might become their best E3 in a long time. I think they have a lot in store since the future of the Switch depends on it.
let's hope sony makes announcements for games that actually come out soon and not 2 to 3 years from now
I want more companies to announce games at E3 that come out in the next 6 months.
let's hope sony makes announcements for games that actually come out soon and not 2 to 3 years from now
It's weird to think that Sony's E3 2015 surprising announcements were two games that still aren't out and a game that was OK at best
