These people don't know how to defend an area.
It looks like the special characters are playable on any map, any era. Han Solo and Rey are playable on this map.

So Officers are somewhat to Engineers, able to deploy Sentries and raise your teams offense/defense. Nice.

I'm assuming they'll give us that option, but it's neat you can play any hero throughout any era.
The maps not being huge wastelands, token pickups being removed, and free DLC are making me very interested in this.
I also think weapons are a bit more precise.

How does it not make sense? It's a video game, it's not supposed to be a super duper lore accurate recreation of the movies.

AFAIK having Rey/Boba/Han on Naboo here is only for the Convention to show off, it won't be like that in the final game.
