Damn, I didn't think of that- but to be honest, I could see 'remastering'/re-releasing HL2 in Source 2 as a good way for them to introduce the engine more officially outside of Dota 2 and Destinations.

If you ask me, Nintendo's E3 conference will be about Mario Odissey (or, as I came to call it, "Super Mario 2006", if you catch my drift), a big announcement for a new game from another popular Nintendo IP (which will have fans of said series go ballistic, but hold very little value for everyone else) and the reveal of a bunch of contemporary AAA titles having a Nintendo Switch port (in order to cultivate the illusion that the Switch is a console for "hardcore, grown up gamerZ" too)

Or, you know, having to use a custom dedicated server to bypass the 30 FPS lock.

It clearly had some great ideas and I have good memories of it, but I remember it playing really clunky and painfully.

I had a friend who had it and yeah, it was a neat concept but the gameplay itself was kinda clunky and slow for what they were going for. If they made it now and took cues from modern fast shooters like Doom and Titanfall 2, it might actually be really good.

Have you guys seen that Bethesda rumor about a new IP called Starfield? Apparently the only source is some leaker on 4chan so I'd take it with a grain of salt. But supposedly it will link the Fallout and Elder Scrolls universe.
