I don't see the point in this. AoE 1 has a special place in my heart ever since I got my copy out of a cereal box 16 years ago, but AoE 2 is just superior in all gameplay aspects.

Maybe it's just how abysmal the rest of E3 has been so far, but outside of that stupid Intel sponsored esports streamer shit, that wasn't too bad compared to the other conferences. The new XCOM 2 stuff will probably bring me back in, Tunic looks cute and fun, The Last Night has a real cool artstyle, and I'll probably check out Wargroove and that turn based mech game when they come out.
Now we wait for Ubisoft, surely they will have some great games to show, right?

remasters are fine, but AoE1 was a mess
they said theyre fixing some stuff, but from what they said it doesnt sound like theyre fixing the core mechanics like the awful population cap issue
marios + rabbids and The Crew 2 will do it for me
Reasonably excited for Ubisoft, if not just to see some more South Park footage.
On the other hand, Rayman would be nice. I don't care if they re-use the ubiart engine a third time, just as long as it isn't an iOS tier runner
