I bookmarked that vid you mentioned ages ago, appears it got taken down after a copyright claim though
Assuming they succeeded, which we don't have much evidence for or against. The other possibility is that the fabric of reality objected to them attempting to alter it in such a way that it obliterated them in a fit of pique. The great thing about the Dwemer is that we really do not know if they succeeded or if the Tonal Architects fucked it up.
There's rumors that Emil isn't lead writer anymore for Bethedsa, at least the next games. Any thoughts on this, its based on his twitter profile bio being updated
fuck YEEEES
Tiber septim unleashing stompy on the summerset isles is more than enough proof that it can work
I bet in the next TES game's DLC will feature the last surviving dwemer Just like dawnguard featured the last snow elf
We already did that in Morrowind with Yagrum Bagarn tho I really don't see how we could get a "return of the dwemer" scenario without it being super cliche or ridiculous Just let the Dwemer be this super mysterious race and slowly let us learn more about them
I married Serana through a mod then deleted that mod. How would I go about getting her to leave my house so that I can marry someone else?
I'd start looking for a lawyer for that
Aye, that Numidium can work (as a giant brass golem), but what the Dwemer intended is entirely different and far more fundamental - there attempt to merge with it to form a new God. Whether that actually happened is the subject of a huge amount of debate, and as said, one theory holds that they were obliterated for attempting to subvert the Earth's Bones (or the 'normal' Laws of Nature on Nirn) for the creation of a new God (themselves) from the corpse of Lorkhan.
No don't otherwise you'll have to pay spousal support, just roll with it.

There is no repentance for such a crime. The sentence for Waifuism is lifeuism.
I'd prefer to see a tech upgrade, like, a race actually utilizing and trying to understand dwemer technology. Like Sotha Sil but full on "We are learning this shit and making it our own, perhaps even iterating further"
From what I have gathered in the haze that its TES metaphysics. There are 8 Towers, supposedly the anchors that keep existence intact or something? They are the the Adamantine Tower on an island in the Illiac bay, Red Mountain (Deactivated from the Morrowind MQ), The Crystal Tower of the Summerset Isles (destroyed in the oblivion Crisis, aka deactivated), The White Gold Tower (aka the Imperial Palace, deactivated due to the events in IV), Numiduim(aka Walk-Brass, Deactivated after its destruction in the TES2, which ripped time and space a new one), some mega-tree in Valenwood a called the Green-sap(active), The Throat of the World (state unknown to be activated or deactivated), and finally the  Orichalc Tower, which is supposed to be the long sunken continent of Yokuda(also inactive). Towers being active means that they are continuing there theorized duty of keeping all known reality intact, where are the deactivated ones have since lost there ability to do so. This seems to be why shit keeps getting more and more fucked with each passing game, because reality is dying. The prophecy of Alduins return is 3/4ths marked by the deactivation of Towers, maybe completely if the civil war marked the deactivation of the Throat of the World(only speculation) TL;DR of the TL;DR: the 8 towers are the First Flame from Dark Souls of the Elder Scrolls Universe, and the fire is fading FAST.
Like seriously, I'm sort of bored of the whole "technologically stagnant" Elder Scrolls universe, where everything is practically the same even throughout the various eras. Like, the world practically has zero advancements and they even seemingly regress in some areas and it bothers me slightly.
Writers seem to like their 'it's all going down hill from here and here wasn't even very good to start with' mentality when it comes to metaphyisical world-building. probably because damn millenials will find anything to complain about
garlic, fire, in that order Whether she's still Molag's squeak toy is kind of immaterial.
i wonder if all if those dwemer ghosts from morrowind are lonely now that everythings covered in ash and noone comes to see them anymore

I started tanking in ESO recently and I have to say that you never realize how important DPS is until you're not the one doing it. Getting into dungeons quickly isn't even worth it because 80% of the time I get a group that doesn't even fucking belong in vet because they can hardly break 10k.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkMOJeHLATg This will always be my all-time favorite Skyrim moment. It's such a shame that on my first (and as of now only) character I decided to execute the whole Brotherhood on the spot for alleged anti-Imperial activities
using wyre bash and loot?
nothing is better than people that absolutely need you to have the gear they want you to have and want your play style to suit their own fuck off lol
Oblivion has always been more of a pain in the ass to mod then skyrim.
I think some mods require it, iirc (or simply for the ease-of-use with some mods) On the whole tho, I've always used MO and manual, which probably goes some way to explaining why it never fucking works for me
I used to be 100% manual until someone recommended Mod Organizer That shit is like a gift from god, being able to completely remove mods and all associated files all at once is amazingly useful
This is what I don't get about the modding community. MO is every modder's wet dream: all the modding you want, all the control you could have, very little downsides, if any, and most importantly you don't screw up your install and have to redownload/reinstall the entire game just to fix it.
Mod Organizer still works strangely with some mods and does require a bit of extra understanding of its own internal workings which are quite different and counter-intuitive in some regards. Like how you gotta learn how to make every executable and script go through Mod Organizer specifically, and how profiles have their own INI files which require individual tinkering.
Mod Organizer has its quirks and a bit of a learning curve, but I recommend it to anyone who's even thinking about modding Bethesda games. Gopher's series on how to use Mod Organizer is probably the best thing ever.
