The Elder Scrolls Megathread XX: Might as well be XXX

From Morrowind to Oblivion just say you were in jail for X time so your skills have atrophied in that time. There's 6 years between Morrowind and Oblivion so you could say you've been in there a while.
For Oblivion to Skyrim you could say that you've been slacking off for 201 years.
Maybe you could pull a Talos and just be several parts of a bigger soul (Akatosh's I guess) that merge together at some point

Finally got my leezurd to look the way I wanted.
I nearly fell for your trap, but that's a heavy-modded Aragonian, not a plesant human being, you scamp
How's your framerate?
I'm playing Morrowind Rebirth right now and probably for the first time in years I'm playing morrowind without exploiting shit (too much). It's kinda nice, forces me to do things that are fun too. Like hunting for ascended sleepers for grand souls because golden saints are fucking terminators and you can't kill their summons as easily anymore.
It's pretty shit how alchemy merchants don't restock anymore, however. Also I kinda wish he removed creeper, I have no self control and use him. Although he has less money so selling expensive stuff is a lot more tedious, which is just another way of balancing him.
Perfectly fine surprisingly, considering the amount of mods I bashed and merged together to get around the hard plugin limit :v
Teach me your dark wizardry.
So, getting pets adopted on Hearthfire had a random factor, right? I modded Death Hounds so they could be adopted like other dogs (basically, adding their race to the formlist and the pertinent factions both Meeko and the huskies have to the Death Hounds), and I recall it working in 2014, but in my current save it isn't quite working.
I know there is a mod that deals with that, but I'd rather not have a tryhard mod where adopted rabbits get replaced by bears, and you have a pet pet next to Whiterun because of course every mod adds stuff next to Riverwood and Whiterun. Meanwhile, finding any housing in the wastes of Winterhold (the only hold you cannot live in) remains fruitless.
What pet your kids bring in is random.
Yeah, fox/snow fox/rabbit for girls, and mudcrab/skeever for boys. Yet I recall something about a random element regarding if they'd accept your dog or not.
What are some good ideas to make playing Skyrim interesting again? Pretty much every time I try playing again I remember how lifeless the game is. I already played the game a ton when it came out.
god damn people say creeper is like cheating but in morrowind it's piss easy in general to make lodsa dosh. I just found this way:
go to the mournhold armorer
taunt the high ordinator untill he attacks you
kill him
sell the armor to the trader (the armor is so ridiculously expensive that you'll sell it for all the traders gold even without any skill in mercantile)
Wait outside for 3 days for the ordinator and the merchants money to respawn
Rinse and repeat
I swear morrowind is harder not to exploit than the other way around. Although it's a shame that bethesda decided to just straight up remove certain features for the sake of balance instead of tweaking them slightly.
But that little punch to the gob just as they stand up from a knock down is what I live for playing Morrowind. I don't even exploit any merchants or respawns, I just like hand-to-hand.
My only successful run of the morrowind MQ was using hand to hand, I can attest that it is really fucking fun when you become strong enough to gutpunch someone so hard they wince and have to fall to the ground to recover.
Considering the amount of "my thingie broke/ can someone merge these mods" posts on LL fairly certain dairy products are involved.
Yeah, honestly exploiting morrowind in general is insanely satisfying. I'd like to play it without exploits just once though lol
This is why I avoided most Morrowind guides, they were always like:
Play as an orc, make a class using none of the skills and attributes you actually want. all over builds are for queers
1) pick up EVERYTHING in Seyda Neen
2) sell it all to Arielle, buy all the spells then kill him to get your stuff back and keep the money
3) in the house on the far northeast end of balmora, deep in a crator in the mountains, there is a kindly hermit who will give you his daedric armour if you talk to him on a saturday. no npcs mention this but it's easy to run across so most new players find it.
4) kill him so you can sleep in his bed but don't sleep otherwise you will mess up your stats somehow
5) in amananaladdict, a cave on the path to balmora there is an oddly phallic-shaped rock, sneak three times on the tip of this rock (you should have a levitate spell even if you want to be a fighter) and tcl to an out-of-bounds cell, here is the only weapon you will ever use.
6) kill the main boss
7) make sure to have no fun or challenge

Man, it's moments like these why Skyrim is still fun.
- which one is the player?
- what mod is that armour?
The player is the one in the armor, the mod is called Breton Knight armor. Adds a Knights of The Nine like quest to get the armor.
Yeah it is, I've been using it and SkyUI. Skyrim SE is playable now
Though I had issues getting the stupid UI to work, I had to go into the plugins file in /appdata/local/skyrim and add at the very end *SkyUI_SE.esp. Then save it. Then make it read only. In order for it to work, otherwise it just wouldn't ever enable in-game or work

You know I thought I wouldn't give skyrim a try considering I do not read books, not a story savy guy and my attention span is all over the place so yeah right off the bat I had to use a few mods just because Kazerad touched me when I was sleeping. (And one mod just had to have fakerfactory realstick nude women when you take all their clothes, because of course it had to so that one pissed me off just a bit)
That aside, man this is something else.... aside from getting bombarded with quests like an errand boy and the map showing well not much its kinda clear that I have become a linear peasant. At least there's fast travel which is good in any game. I still don't even know how that dragon died either it was that arrow dude companion or the other people on the ground but hey now I can do a tiny shout which makes me slightly more OP.
One thing that probably everyone hates is that backpack system come on man I just want to amass all the gold, because I need infinite healing potions and lockpicks and good armor and wepons , 3 times I have decided to go slow mode just to sell some pans, ayy guess i'm just gonna throw everything next time.
If you have any tips throw em here, like what's the best stuff to level up, like i used the bow on that GIANT SPIDER AAA (thank god those walls blocked it but I might die irl the next one shows up), fire bawls also not an options since lil kitty here has no base mana regen D: so I can throw a few I guess. So that remains the most used thing that seems to work, a shield and a mace, it sorts of sucks relying on this since two handed swords is probably the real answer but being able to block 50% of the stuff is more of my alley.
Also what's the point of stealing things, you can't sell em to shops and a guard from literally another town put up a camera and knew I was the culprit at least the fees from those guys don't seem that big.
At last now I can see why this series is so dam popular but man it overwhelms me a lot more than I thought.
To sell stolen stuff you'll have to find the Thieves guild in Riften, well that or get a perk from the Speech tree no one ever uses
Entering falmer dungeons while incredibly underleveled is one of the most fucking stressful things I got to experience in VR, these motherfuckers are relentless.
At least the atronach stone/conjuration bug is still a thing and you can still exploit it for infinite mana
Do you guys know of the obscure Japanese skyrim mod websites?
Dragonporn, Modtype for instance.
I think i found the Dragonporn SE website DRAGONPORN HD
But I cannot find the SE version of the Modtype website SKYRIM MODTYPE
Anyone know it?
If you know of other websites, please feel free to share.
@_maverick_ are there any simple animation mods for Oblivion that are good for saucy but clean pics? Sorry I don't know anything about an SE version of Modtype. Isn't there ways of turning
the textures from the format LE uses to SE?
Well, you got the standard
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/13193
Oblivion Pose Pack and Erotic Oblivion Pose Pack
It has straight up Erotic and lewd poses but a fair few casual ones that might suit your need.
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/33998
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/38375
A Sexy walking and sexy running mod, respectively
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/6239

It adds a whole mess of vanilla idle animations, misc animations. Might not be saucy in of itself but you might need them
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/14574
Umpa dancing animations.
Might want that. Few a couple of frames in a screenshot.
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25223
Chain it pose pack, adds a few suggestive chained up poses
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/32512

https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16457
Poses thumbnails poses 1
I think you'll get a lot of use out of those.
As for the other bit. There probably is a way to get the textures round to SE but I was just looking for mods in general.
The Japanese create a lot of unique mods, but if they don't speak English then they are stuck floating around on Japanese blog posts like modtype.
(or they use licenced models so they CAN'T be put on nexus)
Its no biggy. Just kinda annoying I can't remember the sites.
A lot of those look like a project to install, but I've bookmarked some for when I'm closer to finishing Morrowind. Thank you.
No problem.
(also, yes most, if not all of them have that scripted spell casting, or an object)
