Is there a mod that just patches the original base game? The mods I know there are patch the whole thing and its dlcs but I only got the base game. Oh right talking about skyrim
Sorry I'm on mobile and I can't fucking delete this quote There are individual Unofficial Patches but they're unsupported IIRC. I don't think that matters anyways, the Unofficial Patches were all up to date when they were lumped together in an all in one patch.
Doesn't look like there is from my quick search of the nexus, USLEEP doesn't have previous pre-DLC versions available...
Unfortunately, the upkeeper of the unofficial patches, arthmoor, decided to take the dl's for the separated versions down. You can still get the rest of the DLC on this page, since the og skyrim was removed from listings on Steam searches. But the DLC for that version of the game will never be on sale (trust me i've checked the page during SE skyrim sales, I haven't seen them get marked down) Buuuut, there's always the unscrupulous option for getting the DLCs. but if you do that you get bad mojo ;) Also, aside note, the Unofficial oblivion patches somehow unfixed their own fix for the Mystic emporium bugs that having frostcrag and the castle dlc introduce. Arthmoor still hasn't addressed that shit, so I'm kinda pissed.
USLEEP is more miss than hit at this stage anyway, and actually needs its own to unpatch all the stuff that wasn't a bug to begin with. There's zero reason to use MO2 on 32. MO is fine.
Just like there's a Patch for Purists for Morrowind as an alternative to the patch project. Dunmer Weed should be more expensive than flowers.
Please provide a link to this USLEEP unoffical patch that unpatches what shouldn't have been patched. All I have right at this moment is an esp that reverts the alteration potion fix. I think some modders should band together and just find all the changes USLEEP makes that are questionable, and make a singular ESP that undos them.

There is a seperate fix on the Nexus for the Mystic Emporium bug
You're great <3
Nexus disabled their old login server that MO used so you can't use any of the download/online features anymore.
A. you can redirect B. you should be checking manually anyway, because auto-updating without research is for grammas and AOL users.
Well it's too late to switch back now (Unless that's possible?) but never did auto-update anything more didn't want to have to manually add mods.
You can manually add the mods and the mod manifest to an original MO profile.
Feels like too much effort when everything seems to be working fine anyway. Extracted the BSA that I needed and created a mod to replace the manage archives that I only needed for 1 mod.
So I'm actually starting to look for an updated mods list for the Special Edition of Skyrim, on the same vein as what I did some weeks ago to replay Fallout: New Vegas. This far I only managed to find this one, but I'm accepting other suggestions. If anything, that list features far more mods than what I could actually need
I'm having a lot of trouble replaying Oblivion. Everything just feels so floaty and unsatisfying. It's like I'm hitting everything with a plastic sword and it doesn't help that the ragdolls act like they're made of rubber.
Maybe give this a try?
That's pretty normal for ES tbh
Mod the living shit out of it
I'm also having trouble with Oblivion, every slight change in height of the camera is instant and jarring and it feels like it's stabbing me in the eyes. I'm not sure if it's just how the game handles movement or something wrong with my visuals or if my eyes are just bad that way but it's making the game not fun to play. Might just head back to Skyrim early...
Guys, I don't know if I have in me to replay Skyrim with a totally different character than my last. I simpli cannot even imagine myself playing as a Dragonborn who isn't an Imperial
I kinda like it to be honest, it has a retro charm at this point
Have you considered playing as a Redguard perhaps?
Oh, shame. Sounds like the kinda thing you can hardly even google, unless there's a specific name for that. Unless you wanna try searching "Oblivion camera overhaul" or something, i guess.
Maybe my eyes are finally feeling the 2-and-a-ahlf decades of abuse I've been giving them.
Oblivion in 3rd person is barely playable with the weird delayed and smoothed camera movement anyway. That camera snapping makes it worse.
It's just a shame since it took a bit to get some player-only movement animations working, even with the enhanced camera mod they don't show in first person. I'm going to try with anti-aliasing and see if that helps.
As I said I'm already dead-set on playing as a Khajiit because: I need to play as a strictly non-human race and they are my favorite non-human race from Skyrim. Since my previous character was a "sword in one hand, spell in the other" kind of character, I'd like to roll a stealth-based character and abuse the infamous stealth system of these games, so a Khajiit is perfect for that
Fair enough, though I couldn't tempt you with a camgirl? Or a youtuber or two?
