I've honestly never seen a mod with this many downloads and 0 endorsements before.
I mean of course I'm still trying it out but if I download it will I be banished to hell or something? Is Citrus an anagram for Lucifer?

Endorsements are disabled because reasons
Backed up allll the Sheva posts.
Remember The Jack? He was a good shitposter! You're too young to remember. He was a good shitposter!
I wish I was a good shit poster, instead mine are just low quality. :(
I wish I was a good shit poster, instead mine are just low quality. :(
But if they're low quality, that means they're shit in their own way. The shitposter was inside you all along!
I really hope for two things in ESVI:
1.) Bring back calipers
2.) Give us a downsized version of FO4's settlement system so we end up with "Hearthfire but not super half-assed and completely restrictive" if for no reason other than giving me a reason to pick up calipers like I used to when I was 10 and didn't realize they had no use
I still think we're gonna end up being able to rebuild one city in TESVI.
I mean, Oblivion and Skyrim both had large notable mods all about rebuilding the destroyed cities in those games (Kvatch and Helgen). Bethesda would be daft to not capitalize on the idea and conveninetly reuse FO4's settlement system at the same time.

You have to remember where the mod came from first, and Dark0ne's schizophrenic policy regarding it.

Isn't that the Oblivion Character Overhaul?
But if they're low quality, that means they're shit in their own way. The shitposter was inside you all along!
While I got banned for threadshitting the other day, I made a note about the quality of shit posts, they're not just a simple they're either a shit post or they're not, they're either low quality or high quality, it's not like ironic shit posting where it's still shit posting, it's where it's that good of a shit post, you can't help but admire the shit poster's ability to craft something so shit but not at the same time.
Or you could just go ignorant and quote that one guy from Dragon's Dogma, "They're masterworks all, you can't go wrong."
"Have you mastered destruction level spells yet?"
Options: "No","No"
B-But... I have the PerMa equivalent of expert mastery + level 100 destruction.
"Have you mastered destruction level spells yet?"

That's because a true master of destruction has raisen beyond needing to summon flame to harm his enemy
A true master doesn't brag you little shit, now go fuck off and rob someone else using your "skills".

It's because it checks for the vanilla Expert Destruction perk rather than, say, a skill check of 75+.

Sounds like something a perk mod like PerMa should take into account and fix to prevent that.
[editline]a[/editline]
Unless it's a mod or something in which case fuck idk I guess someone should make a compatibility patch
Sounds like something a perk mod like PerMa should take into account and fix to prevent that.
It's not that well known a thing, I think. Most players join the college with at most 50 points in their chosen magic schools as thats when you need to go to the college to reliably get better spells. Add to that the fact that Destruction is one of the more grind-heavy skills to level it's no wonder why so few people know you can say "yeah, I've master Expert level Destruction spells" to J'zargo. I can understand this oversight, but it's an oversight nonetheless.
Disclaimer I have this mod set so it gives me x10 more xp than it normally does because my modlist barely makes it past level 30 normally.
It also allows me to test my mod's spells at different levels and assign them the associated perk and spell cost appropriately and see how they scale.
Ironically the spells that do percentage based damage don't scale well compared to PerMa spells considering that at most it deals at most 10% damage to health per second while there are PerMa spells that can do like 1000 damage per second.

Nuska and Blabba are as far apart as you can get in terms of style and presentation, also Nuska's khajiit still look like hot garbage, just much better hot garbage, so no.
Blabba used vanilla assets and had regular public updates on LL, it was all transparent. Nuska was the opposite. Blabba did compatibility morphs for EEO, that's the only place they meet.

I've been out of the loop a while, which mod belongs to which, and why does Dark0ne have issues with something?
Blabba did citrus, was one of the people responsible for getting physics driven *thingies* into skyrim by helping BTNK take stevierage's 7B body and turning into the frankenstein monster that is UUNP and was working on a nonunp and noncbbe body with far more verts and polies that was morphable from day one.
Nuska is the author of OCO and EEO, and I think some deer people shit or sth she never finished.
Dark0ne had a butthurt about Lover'sLab and that's where Citrus comes from, whether he still does now or not no clue, but for a very long time you would be auto banned for even saying Lover's Lab much less linking anything so there's that.
I've been out of the scope for a while, but how's ESO playable with the Morrowind release for someone who doesn't own the expack? Can I travel to Vivec City?

Nope, you can't access any of the morrowind content at all, afaik.
I'm going to be cutting down on Sheva posts, I'm getting a bit tired of feeling the need to document the entire journey of the character. Basically, if the quest isn't part of a mod, the main story, or one with a decision I'll likely not post about it. There will still be my experiences with and thoughts on mods (particularly quest mods), (hopefully) funny stuff, some nice Skyrim vistas, and some story posts. I just don't want to hit f12 every few moments and think just want to say about it. Plus some moments, like today I saw a dead goat, bear, hagraven, and spriggan on a path before a werelioness jumped out of a bush to claw my face off, that I can't do justice in pictures. I don't want to make this post any longer than it is so I'll hold off on my next Sheva post until next page. It'll be another quest mod, and one I have a bit more to talk about than the Conan one, which I didn't want to spoil.
Does Oblivion require Games for Windows Live like Fallout 3 and New Vegas do? I've played very little of Oblivion and I want to get back into it but I can't remember if it needs GFWL and some kind of patch in order to get it to run.

Oblivion pre-dates GFWL by a year. It may still require a patch to run properly, but that's just due to age. And Gamebryo.

Oblivion on Steam works fine for me on Windows 10, no bells or whistles required; though if you're not talking about the Steam version I'm not sure.
Only issue with Oblivion and Steam is that you have to do a trick for the script extender most mods require to work with steam.

Oh, I'm trying to figure out the balancing for this spell I made, It's called Purge. Adept level conjuration spell, costs 250 magicka.
"Drains all the target's magicka, then deals damage equal to <mag>% of magicka purged. Cannot be used on the same target for <dur> seconds."
I have it set at 50 magnitude and 30 duration and I'm questioning how balanced it is in regards to draining the target's mana completely and dealing damage to half that amount.
For example, necromancers usually have a 1:1 magicka to health ratio so you could set a necromancer down to half his health and not have it cast spells for a short duration. When combined with other spells that I have that prevents magicka regeneration it could be pretty fucking mean.
I've been trying it with perma and it's pretty decent. I can't really use that information because the destruction spells are absolutely on steroids. You can do like 1000 damage with a dual casted ice spear spell.
Just another Inigo gush post here, but hot damn, he has lines for even the smallest stuff.
For a lark I told him to sit in the Jarl's throne in Riften, and he actually started making comments about the comfortableness of the chair and giving orders as "King Inigo."
There's no way I'm not recommending this mod to any of my friends who are getting back into Skyrim.
Hearing about Inigo gets me depressed for all the wrong reasons. It makes me jealous and pretty worried about how my mod will probably never measure up to it.
I'm also worried that people will claim that I'm stealing from Inigo so I'm ending up just making a quest mod more than a follower mod.
1. You shouldn't give a shit about that
2. Comparisons are inevitable hence 1
3. Inigo is three people doing about 4000 man hours of work hence 1 and 2
