Still have no idea who that's supposed to be. Ayrenn?
Generic elf character for promotional purposes

One spell from that Magic mod I linked last page has this odd Star Wars like electricity sound to it.
I can't stop myself from yelling "UNLIMITED POWER!" every time I clear a whole room with the overpowered electricity one that flings bodies everywhere.
Modded magic is always fun, if quirky depending on the developer.
Is there a mod to improve melee? Last time on Vanilla I tried being a knight but returned to my stealth archer class when it took 30 minutes to clear one room of those Falmer.
There are a bunch of different overhauls but I would suggest getting the camera mod + lock on + the dark souls roll then whatever combat revamp you like the most.
Oh neat ESO is having a free week
I've always been kinda interested in ESO but I'd never actually looked into it
my interest only grew once i learned about the clockwork city stuff and the fucking robots
I got ESO recently but its always a long process to get me invested into MMOs, I've only really ever played Tera for a decent amount.
I was hoping the summerset isles would stick to kirkbrides giant colorful flying insect architecture and not generic fantasy castle #122 but oh well
It's basically oblivion with better lighting.
Lazy as fuck.
TES has always had the problem of having great and unique lore about the unseen places in Tamriel, only when it comes to actually making they decide to play it ultra safe instead, either because they think it won't sell or it being much harder to actually make the world they originally imagined
I mean, if Bethesda itself made the Summerset Isles it would probably look just as lazy.

yeah they sure do always play it safe huh
Whoever did the Landscapes in Skyrim deserves 1000 pats on the back, most of it is really great looking even without mods.
Obviously when you look close up at some areas it gets poopy
I was linked the trailer and because I was half asleep I got super excited, only to realize it was for ESO.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy ESO, but...we're never getting Elder Scrolls 6 are we...
You will probably see The Elder Scrolls Skyrim 6
If we haven't already.
they said something about 2024 so expect it around 2028
After morrowind they've had pretty boring settings tbh
Oblivion was just plain, European, fantasy
Skyrim was just regular old vikings and dragons
I'll give you Oblivion, but his point was that their environments don't live up to the lore, and Skyrim depicted the province perfectly
different team develops eso than 6, my dude
Oh I know. Again I was sleep-addled so I misread the trailer title.
I know ESO has no bearing on the mainline series, but it feels like Bethesda would rather re-release Skyrim over and over than to work on an actual sequel.
That's fair, yeah. ESO can be a bit blueballing in that sense of "hey we're doing new things!" followed by the main series just "skyrim"
though im still really praying we don't see valenwood next :v
Daedra with rite of passage, a templar 'aedra' style skill
GJ lol
There was a reason why I specified Tamriel rather than the TES universe in general, also I meant to write after Morrowind but apparently didn't so that one's on me
It's been less than 3 years since Fallout 4 released, it takes a while to make new open world RPGs.
Dec 11, 2017 more like it! outsourced re-releases count right?
Yeah Skyrim has some of the best landscapes, but some of the worst questlines.
I prefer Morrowind's landscapes because they are so alien and bizarre
