That looks really badly edited in. The lines are very inconsistent, and way too sharp in a few places without having proper shading.

If we get to a point where Lucio isn't competitively viable anymore (doubtful it will ever come to that), I wouldn't be surprised if they added that ability to slow enemies down and decreases healing.

Actually played as him with some of the gold from the Oni Genji event a few days ago.
He's both okay and awkward to play as.

he's not completely wrong though, if they're in a situation where they have another sombra ARG or they just announce it a week beforehand, I'd rather they pick the latter

I think that quote is a little self serving.
I can think of a lot of cases where people are calling for nerfs because something is legitiamtely broken as fuck, and Blizzard responds with a lovetap. So people just keep raging about it.

I honestly don't think I've ever won a koth on comp before. Really hate this gamemode.
If you gotta deal with pharah but need to keep healing that is what Ana is for.
Reporting people because they are playing something you don't want them to play is kind of a dick move.
