I love the sleek white robot in the middle most, I think. I feel like a lot of these character concepts got morphed into characters that are actually in the game now, though. Like the proto-Ana with a crossbow on the far left and what looks like proto-Pharah on the top right next to the Metal Gear. Looks like Symmetra used to have a little quadruped drone buddy too.
I'm just glad they didn't go with the Giant-Purple-Robot-Armed-BDSM-Punk design for Sombra in the back row there...

A lot of the early concepts were really neat. Shame they were sacrificed to make the heroes seem less over-the-top.

It's Pharah. The concept art at Blizzard HQ using that design say "Pharah Concept, 2013".
We've no clue whether the crossbow user is actually Ana or not, but it's possible as her and early Pharah share the same color scheme, and her outfit is very reminiscent of the final Ana. The person in the back is definitely not Sombra though, as we've already seen her early Concept.
