I wanna see them get real interesting with omnics.
Don't just give me grey bots with varying amounts of dots and LEDs.
Gimme ones with screens for faces that show facial expressions, gimme painted ones, gimme ones with weird bodies, gimme girl ones, gimme big bulky ones, gimme punk ones. I want an omnic singer.
What's weirdly missing is female omnics.
Like they really should be around. I think they would be around, if only because humans wanted it to be that way.
You think the Overwatch fandom exploded over gay Tracer, imagine the frothing rage from a transgender male to female omnic.
We've seen female omnics from movie posters and advertisements on maps, as well as the middleschool teacher one from one of the trailers.

I haven't paid enough attention to notice them. Still, I want actual characters, not just artwork.
Maybe pre omnics becoming independent and causing the first omnic crisis, but after that you'd have to wonder why they Omniums would even bother with gender period. If you take it a step further, you really wonder why the Omniums bothered created so deeply anthromorphic Omnics at all. I mean, we know the real real reason (writing shortcuts) but it doesn't really add up in universe.
It really doesn't seem clear in general the exact history of the omnics. Like, when human style omnics started to be produced, if they're still being produced, if sentient omniums make them at all, what level of rights did they enjoy before the omnic crisis, shit like that.

I'm just aknowledging that female omnics are a thing, and there's more than just security robots and refurbished monks out there.
Though I'd definitely like more robotic characters as well.

Nonsense. You haven't had enough.
Nonsense. You haven't had enough.
dad no
Said before but an Omnic that disguises real people would work well story wise. Not needed for gameplay, just want to have more reason why you'd distrust an omnic even more
Hacking Bastion should make it possible for him to kill his own teammates.
Bastion already kills his teammates whenever a Genji appears.

so, roughly half of them at least
only bad bastions keep firing on genji's deflect.

Even when reflect doesn't work, I find jumping on top of them and spamming RMB works 90℅ of the time.
I always make sure to wave to genji when he's deflecting in front of me.
This. The Omnics are easily the coolest part of the OW mythos.
Also Zenyatta is my favorite character, so I'm a little biased, but "robotic monk" is just such a fucking cool and out-there concept.
Have you read The Long Earth? One of the main character is Lobsang, A.I. that has the reincarnated soul of a Tibetan motorcycle repairman.
Definitive answer to "who is and is not a criminal", by hero category:
Offense criminals: McCree (still probably an outlaw, Overwatch connections), 76 (duh), Reaper and Sombra (duh), Tracer (Overwatch activity is illegal)
Offense non-criminals: Genji, Pharah
Defense criminals: Widowmaker (duh), Junkrat (duh), Hanzo (attacking his own brother, wasn't he an assassin for a bit or something)
Defense non-criminals: Mei, Torbjorn, Bastion (probably, anyway-- he's one in a million killbots who's been mostly unnoticed by society, who's gonna 'arrest' him?)
Tank criminals: Roadhog (duh), possibly Reinhardt (Overwatch activity is technically illegal), possibly Winston (Overwatch activity is illegal)
Tank non-criminals: Zarya, DVa (doesn't make her any less annoying)
Support criminals: Lucio
Support non-criminals: Mercy, Ana, Symmetra (her activities are company and state sanctioned, so shady as they may be they are more than likely not outright illegal)
I thought about this earlier but I can't really test it right now.
Can you stop an ult voice line or skill voiceline by using a voice command? I'm assuming no for ult voice lines, but it might be useful for Sombra's decloak voice lines (people are less likely to turn around to some generic Sombra voice line than the established decloak lines). The best-case scenario would be that the "my ultimate is charging" voice line can cover it up, making your enemies hear nothing, but I still doubt it'd work.

I don't see how Ana isn't a criminal. She faked her own death (you can't do that without commiting some fraud) and is continuing with overwatch activity.

Mercy might still be independent, but I'm fairly certain that just working with the people involved would be enough to brand her a crim, and Ana almost positively responded to the recall. Genji and Hanzo are/were both part of a criminal family, though I'm not sure if Genji actually did anything other than be a playboy. Bastion will more than likely be shot on sight due to being a heavily armed omnic that has tendencies to go haywire. He'd be very conspicuous.
Ah, so the only non-criminal support is Symmetra, and Bastion is still being hunted. Meanwhile, Torbjorn assembles furniture.

Humans have a reaction time around 200ms and latency is a factor as well
Symmetra works for a terrorist group.

Thats assuming you don't predict Genji deflecting, which is quite literally all he can do to you. At a distance anyway.
See genji, click m1 at him, reflect, wave at him, continue firing
is pretty much every match up I've had against genji with bastion.

I just wait until he's firing at someone else, reflect until he stops shooting, immediately dash into him, and jump circles around him spamming RMB.

I'm fairly certain this strategly is no longer going to work on PTR bastion, but I can see that working well on bastions who cant track.
Humans have a reaction time around 200ms and latency is a factor as well
Genji's deflect animation isn't actually synced with him deflecting at all.
One of my favorite parts of Overwatch is when you do well as a less-than-optimal hero, knowing full-well that they're gonna get a major buff really soon. I decided to play bastion the other day because I got one of his steam punk Legendaries, and I did really well on defense and it felt amazing.

I was fucking amazing at Heavy in TF2, and even with the huge spread on the minigun, it could be difficult to hit Scouts jumping on your head.

The Friends of Friends feature is literal garbage. It's just a list of every friend your friends have, as if Blizzard thinks you want to connect with people you know even less than that dude you friended after that one game.
