Tracer is actually pretty good now imo. She's a much better Ana killer than Genji because she can purge debuffs and doesn't rely on a defensive ability that can't stop AoEs. Only issue is high spread vs tiny hitboxes.

What if tanks were actually tanks and not just marginally worse DPS with bigger hp bars and tanky abilities and better to amazing ultimate's?

but australian character (junkrat and roadhog) are legitimately funny and the cowboy is legitimately a nice character
so yeah, while the whole games is based around stereotypes, some of them are legitimately amazing and feels less stereotyp-ey than other. A gamer character is legitimately bad in every way or games because it is legitimately forced and honestly breaking the fourth wall constantly is simply not funny, but junkrat and roadhog feels very naturals and their behavior is justified by the fact they've been rendered crazy by the "omnic factory explosion" in their home country. McCree is also justified because he is, atleast, someone that belongs in a game called "overwatch" because he used to be part of "overwatch". Those three you just quoted have more story than D.Va and belongs more in "Overwatch".

what i mean is that Junkrat and Roadhog atleast got a personality compared to most of the overwatch cast and a pretty nice story. That's why everyone want an Australian map and want their short at all cost.

I wish they could release a new map every month..

Oh lots of characters are along those lines, most of the cast is 100% style 0% substance, but D.va's got the perfect storm of "no substance, and ALSO obnoxious style". Mcree's a good comparison though. He's JUST spaghetti western, there's really nothing else about his character at all. He's all style, no substance. BUT, at least the style is fun in his case. A one-dimensional cowboy is fun in a mindless sort of way. D.va's however has both no interesting characterization and her aesthetic is really grating. Obviously it's a matter of personal taste though.

One a side-note though, dunno why you used junkrat as an example of "just australian lingo", he isn't "OI WE IN FER A ROITE DOOSEY OY SHEILA LET'S GO PANCH SUM WOLLABEES", all of his animations and voice lines and stuff focus on him being crazy and cracking bad jokes.

I disagree, i find McCree to be really cool and his character interaction, really interesting. His comics is also very nice!

I think D.Va's pretty cute, and hasn't been given any chance to have any substance.

We have like 5 comics/shorts about Tracer and 76/Reaper. but half the cast are still only 1 paragraph on a website.

Or have Mei's "Scary" voice line after Reaper's line against Winston referring to children. So many combinations work so well

Ana's "What are you thinking?!" is perfect for those. Once I used it against a Mei building random ice walls during setup and she went "Sorry! Sorry, I'm sorry. Sorry" which was perfect

I really cannot wait for them to implement a way to have more than one voice line like they want to do with taunts. Better if you can combine two voicelines together that way
