I like this idea. Him having an 'aura' type effect like Lucio would be great.
I just had a random idea for an ultimate ability as well :(not necessarily for Doomfist) A device would get placed that could absorb energy from the enemy team ults and attacks, dealing back X% of the damage to them.
Balancing aspects :
-The device would take 1 second to be ready to go, so it would have to be placed almost before the enemy ults were fired to get the most use out of it.
-The player would have to activate the device once it was charged. So if the enemy killed the player, they couldn't use it right away.
-Not sure if it would be OP to blow up in a full 360 degree angle like D.Va's or a cone shape in front of it.
-Once device is placed, it can be picked up again to re-deploy.

Wait until the last day of the event before buying event items. Chances are that you'll unbox both and you'd have wasted 3000 credits that you could've spent to buy the items you miss on the last day.
Why not just make Mercy's rez a global instead? That way it'd be balanced.

The one buff that mercy should NOT get is a buff to rez, that's the one aspect that is plenty powerful as-is.

I think Chang'e looks much better, but as said you're better off waiting until right before the event ends. Wouldn't want to waste 3000 coins by getting a dupe.
Mercy should just be able to dash forward period, without the need for a target
As far as her ult is concerned, maybe make it refund like half if she only resurrects 1 person or something. If not that, then maybe everyone within the aoe should get an increased healing rate or the same window of invulnerability that resurrected people get.

I for one would never touch it again.
Servers with KoTH maps will always be empty.
I already said this before but a payload race game mode where there's only 1 payload at the center of the map and the objective is to push the payload all the way to your opponent's spawn would be sick.
I'll be surprised if they don't do something like this for an event arcade mode at some point, they could even reuse another KotH map like they did with CTF on Lijang.
But will there be 24/7 CTF Fast Respawn No Ability Cooldown servers.

Recon Mode - Lowered spread and increased magazine size, to help with general viability in this mode.
Sentry Mode - We're looking at focusing this mode into more of a tank-buster and barrier-buster mode, while also making it feel less suicidal to be transformed. To that end we're testing stuff like increased spread and removing headshots, but taking less damage while transformed.
Self-Repair - We've been testing a few big changes to this that are feeling really good so far. Currently our internal build has Bastion able to use Self-Repair while moving and also having it no longer interrupted when taking damage. To balance that out it is now on a resource system (similar to the route D.Va's defense matrix went). These changes have turned this ability from a more niche rarely used ability, to a much more powerful and core survivability tool.
We're still testing and tweaking things with Bastion but we'll hopefully have a PTR build coming fairly soon so you guys can try it out![/QUOTE]

And just like that Bastion becomes an insta-pick and people whinging about seeing him too much and being overpowered, which is a shame because this also puts a quick and swift end to all tanks.
Am I reading that right? No headshots in turret form?
I like playing Bastion, so hopefully that makes it a viable pick.
The heroes I'm having the most fun with in this game are considered trash :v:
