OW is current in a state where one healer can't really carry he's weight trough most matches. They need at least one more healer to give them some kind of support.
The pick for the most part is usually Lucio since he's great for not only 90% of the situations but also does wonders with Ana's biotic grenade and makes a great dual with Mercy healing squishies and helping her job be less of a burden.

that's a really dumb way to think about it. It's simply another input device that is also the standard on another platform, PC. If you want to win at all costs then yeah don't gimp yourself.
I honestly think it's really pathetic that this is even an issue. You still have to do human inputs (Using a custom input device with macros is grounds for cheating because it's automating functions) and it exists as a perfectly normal control scheme on another platform the game is available on.
Using a keyboard is open to everyone, complaining that it's unfair because you're too lazy to buy one yourself is not grounds for saying it's a cheat or unfair.

You are comparing a piece of typical technology that is sensible to use for an FPS game to things that are possible to use for an FPS but why bother other than for shits and giggles
if you put yourself in that situation, then by all means you're the one at wrong. Though there are tools specifically made for consoles to be used on consoles, a KB+M didn't come with my XB1 and I don't see why I should use it when i could just play the fucking game on pc if it were available
