In regards to the hook, would people find it more tolerable if it didn't disable the victim from shooting, but reeled in twice as fast (in regards to the pause) to compensate? Basically gives you a chance to escape with good reaction time if you see it coming but not remove Roadhog's kill option and still makes it good against unsuspecting players.

[QUOTE=Tobba;51790135]*victim presses shift*[/QUOTE] Fair enough, I just feel that a lot of the complaints for different qualities of heroes very frequently stems from them either having a stun that disables being able to shoot (or move, including slowdown in this) or them having a property that prevents any form of damage from getting through (i.e. Zarya Bubbles or wraith), and that ultimately the only way they can really satisfy people that find them problematic is to tweak these properties to deny interaction less readily.
How about a hero that revolves around time? Support Class Hero: First ability - Accelerate: Heals a single target ally and boost their movement speed. Second ability - Degenerate: Damages a single target enemy and reduces their movement speed. Ultimate: Chronohold - Slows down gameplay to a crawl (like when the round/match is over) for all players except for one ally you choose. Main Weapon: Keeper Crossbow - A high tech semi-automatic crossbow with a slight knock-back if it hits a target. Has three shots until reload.
So basically Mei strapped to Lucio?

I hope we have some breathing room between events. Each event I have a harder and harder time trying to get what I want because they come so suddenly after the last.

You can apparently create your own buffs and nerfs on the custom servers. edit: Jeff just confirmed if you want, you can do 1v6 with a superhog on one team who has insane stats.
