I got Talon Widow, Null Sector Orisa and Bastion, and had to unlock Mercy's skin. I wish I got Ironclad and Blackwatch Ganji tho -- Ironclad more so coz can I still have a chance unlock the Oni genji which is still a neat skin.

You can control it but you have to aim at [i]very[/i] specific locations that are different for every hero in order to do maximum damage. Oh and you've probably noticed but there's a few bugs that cause all/most of the shots to just not register if someone is running straight into you. I wish it was possible to record this game without unplayable lag, but if you want to replicate it just hook Genji while he's jumping over you perpendicular to your view, it'll break and pull him practically inside you and your shots will miss no matter where you aim. [editline]1st May 2017[/editline] Being good at Roadhog is 50% compensating for the laundry list of bugs, 50% wiping 4 people in a row with the right click.

It's a lot of damage at the right distance and aim but if youre just a little bit off it doesn't do squat, and since its a projectile with travel time its even harder to hit. It lets you actually damage something more than 3 feet away when your hook is on cooldown though. I'd definitely be okay if they decreased the full blast damage to make it a little less forgiving when you're a little bit off.

I wish shotguns didn't have random pellet spread and just shot in the same pattern every time, it would make characters like Reaper and Roadhog more consistent to use. There was a server setting in TF2 that did that and it was awesome, even though if you shot a wall it'd look weird with all the bullet holes stacked and in a line.

They require you to walk forward quite a bit and shoot a pretty specific location. I mean, fine, but the problems that in a lot of situations it can fuck out and not let you walk forward far enough (pushes them away), or they get placed in a really awkward spot/at a weird height for... some reason. There's just no fucking margin on those (especially if they end up outside of melee range, most Ana players don't think to throw a grenade straight down, which is seemingly faster than your melee), but at least Symmetra can't fucking sleepdart you and the shotgun buff made her possible to hit without touching her. Heck, I'm not sure if it's even possible to instakill Mei from full health, but that's probably because people don't play her often enough for me to remember her fucked up hitbox. If Lucio bops me and I actually get to see him before it happens, I'm able to jump to gain a bit of height and seem to get enough control to maneuver myself back onto solid ground on some maps (i.e Lijiang: Night Market). If I'm flat on the ground though I just seem to slide along the floor for 10 solid meters like I'm on fucking skates with no control whatsoever, or bounce along the ground like a skipping stone. And whenever I bop people nothing even close to that shit happens and they don't go nearly as far. Is the secret in the height difference?

There's a few characters that I can totally one-shot every time (like Zenyatta), but then there's others who have a similar health pool (Soldier 76 and Ana are big ones) where it's a total coin-toss if I'll actually one-shot them or not. Not saying that I should be able to one-shot EVERYONE, but I should know who I can and can't kill so I know who to prioritize properly. Because of the random scatter, it's VERY hard to predict whether a point-blank shot will actually count as a headshot. It's basically random crits, and that can get very frustrating considering Overwatch is meant to be a competitive game that's all about resource management and prioritizing your positioning, targets, and objectives.

I've never really had issues going against roadhogs, I think he's fine where he is.

If you don't respect Roadhog's range, then you deserve to get hooked.

If he missed his hook he has 2-3 shots left, no escape, a heal that completely immobilizes him and can be out damaged by most classes solo or just by any 2+ heroes, and his ult is mainly used for launching without any damage really unless you're stuck in a corner. 4/5 times that I die as Roadhog it's because I fudged up and the enemy team communicated, all turned around for once and left clicked on me. He trades consistent damage output and an Ult on par with everyone elses for high damage single shots and a hook. He has his weaknesses and like every other hero they can be partially covered by his ally picks, or exploited by the team he's against.
