Wow Winston can hardly do ANYTHING against Reaper anymore. As long as you're landing all your shots he can barely even damage you through the vampiric healing. He can also survive an additional Rein hammer swing under the same circumstances, so face-mashing Rein now puts even more pressure on him.

People who played him as a hunt-and-pounce DPS assassin aren't going to be happy though. He's objectively worse at doing that now, since he won't get as much HP back after each fight against Soldier or McCree as he used to. Though I guess hunting tanks is what he was designed to do, so this change is a net positive for his intended role.
