IDK HOW I FEEL ABOUT THOSE ORISA DAMAGE NERFS BOYS i wanna keep shitting on rein shields. 1800 dmg/clip is down to 1350 dmg/ a clip. but everything else seems p good to me. the "toss ya shield straight up" strat for orisa synergizes p well with her cooldown length now

I think you guys are underestimating how good an 8 second shield for Orisa could actually be. If they don't have a team that absolutely shreds shields she can have that up infinitely and move it around more often. It fits the anchor tank gameplay they had in mind for her more.

Even if you are fighting other people and managing whatever, it's plenty long enough. Earth's hatter should punish grouping up and bad plays and other decisions made by a team, not 1 deaf guy who didn't press jump.

Winston does get his health back from Primal Rage, the grenade prevented that.
Have they reverted that nerf they gave to Winston's shield during the closed beta yet that was specifically directed towards [B]no limits in quick play[/B]?
