the problem isn't that mercy doesn't have enough healing, it's that ana has way too much. buff mercy and it's just even more annoying and impossible to kill someone who's being pocketed.
i think a good way of balancing ana would be for her healing to decay the more times it's consecutively used on the same person, so she's forced to be healing more than one team member. it's just frustrating that she can pump endless health into someone and enable behaviours that should be punishable, and it'd encourage her to be more of a team healer than a single target one. single target healing should be mercy's domain.

Mercy doesn't have to reload. Maybe make reload a bit longer
It would be nice if she could get a short dash if she uses shift and doesn't have someone targeted.
That's all I want from her.

What if instead, not targeting someone just makes Mercy fly upwards, so she can get a better view and maybe grab onto a teammate from high above?
I think the reliance on teammates to quickly navigate as mercy is fundamental and emphasizes the team-based system and is fine as it is
I think mercy needs too much reliance on her teammates.....in a game where people completely forget she exists until they notice they haven't gotten heals in 5 seconds.
Just give Mercy some sort of personal mobility so when her teammates blast off without her. She can more easily escape the Genji and Tracer everyone else is ignoring.

What if taking any damage ended the hp regen from her rifle? So you had to use grenade in combat while rifle healing for those not in the line of fire.
I had a dream mercy had a small dash in whatever wasd direction she was moving whenever you double pressed space, it wasn't genji length but a little longer than mccree roll
The problem with Ana vs Mercy is everything mercy does Ana can do better. Short range healing and long range healing. I honestly think Ana should have better healing at range and less at short but I know that couldn't be implemented without making Ana useless
So how long until they re-add uprising due to the "overwhelming community response" or something
It is a team game. Just because a team is shit and can't protect the healer doesn't mean the healer needs some sort of new mobility, it means the team has to git gud.
Even in a team game, a class being too reliant on their teammates hurts their viability - especially when there are other classes that can fill a similar role without such a severe handicap.

Just because it is a team game doesn't mean make a character shit without the team. Most if not all other heroes have the abilities to survive if they get separated from the group. Mercy has nothing.
Just make her shift not feel like complete uncontrollable garbage to use and it'll be fine.
the gremlin d.va taunt doesn't work with the police skin

I wonder if there's any practicality in adding a passive ability showing visual spheres/zones where rezzing can occur. That way there would be an optimal spot to aim for when flying into a firefight to rez multiple people

too many times i been fucked by being out of range of 1 person or more by an inch but i dont have much time to make sure its perfect since theres like 20 people wanting to blow my head off before i can mash Q
Since coming back to it and opening like 15+ lootboxes from leveling up, I've had every single one be white, white, blue, white.
I had one amazing exception of white, blue, blue, white.
:hammered:
ptr update apparently. anything new?

The D.va shirt only comes in a babies onesie and toddler sizes. Not sure if that is meant to be a joke or not.
Y'know if D.va actually existed at least in the modern day she would be fucking notorious
Like, her whole personality is "I'm a girl gamer >:3" stereotype. But, the few girls who are actually like that in real life usually aren't actually gamers, they're just using their tits to get desperate guys to throw money at them via the medium of video game.
D.va would be a hot girl that goes "I'm a girl gamer >:3" and shoves pink on everything but is also actually obscenely good at video games. Can you imagine the fucking buttfrothing salt mountains from the guys she beat who feel emasculated at losing to a grill gamer stereotype? Can you imagine the pepe memes?

4chan alone would have an obsessive following of people that both hate her and want to be with her

Granted it's not to the fullest extent but the ult lines do overlap
Really, all Reaper needs is a tighter spread on his shotguns, and have his wraith and teleport abilities to be merged into one. He'd be able to take flight (to a certain height depending on the level of the ground) while invulnerable, so that way he can escape engagements, and be able to reach high or normally inaccessible areas (like around cliffs?) so that he can flank reliably.
A concept I was thinking up of while I was watching the OW trailer is to have Reaper's Death Blossom act as a large smoke screen. Enemies within its radius have their vision obscured by smoke and have the outlines for both team mates and enemies are disabled. An enemy outside of the radius can't see the outlines of team mates and enemies who are in the radius. Effectively, it would make a very confusing cluster fuck, where enemies can't distinguish between their own allies and their enemies while getting pelted by shotgun fire.
Just try coordinating with your team a bit and it shouldn't be an issue with Mercy.
Pharah on the team already gives Mercy incredible movement.
wow so mercy needs a very specific hero in able to even get a lot of proper use out her mobility. What garbage that is. All the supports except mercy can deal with a flanker because of speed boosts boops, discords, sleep darts. All of them don't require her team around. Mercy gets shit on the hardest when flanked as a support, even Sym can do more consistent DPS to help herself.
mercy has the easiest job of healing in the game, and her ult is insanely powerful
her reliance on her team to survive seems a fair trade
Don't be treating "She could use a tiny bit more mobility" as "we want to make her OP"
Just let her use guardian angel without targeting someone. But make it have a longer cool down when it's not used to fly to a teammate.
I would gladly give up how guardian angel works currently in order for it to be activated whenever at the cost of a longer cooldown. Relying on the team in a team based game is good in theory but that quickly falls apart when you're playing solo or with 1 other person. It's nonsense.
I still think her reliance on Phara to make any real use of her mobility ability is stupid as well. And the excuse of "don't like it, don't play it" is equally shit.
