As much as I don't like 3v3 and 1v1. They made those game modes a lot more tolerable to play as it will be harder for a meta to form if possible. I understand arcade is their "throw something wacky in there " area. But they should still care about balancing in it so arcade is still fun to play. Just simple improvements like no movement abilities or ults when holding the flag in CTF and no more then one or two shield generators in use in no limits would make those gamemodes much better to play.

[/QUOTE] It still will have some sort of meta but it'd be less obvious since it requires some trial and error. (You either want to start with the best setup or not use one of the best and save it for later). Seeing a lot of Pharmercy for example.

Hey remember last June when blizzard responded to the issue aus players were facing where they would randomly get thrown onto US servers and they said "we are working on a fix" Its been almost a year and they still have no fix. Well done blizzard

Playing Sombra in Total Mayhem is fucking nuts; last night I managed to get 3 EMPs off nearly back-to-back by using tanks as ult batteries. Sure as fuck was still in overtime for another 10 minutes though. Sadly playing Zarya and hearing "MAXIMUM CHARGE" literally every 2 seconds gets real old after a while.

Yesterday I opened 24 boxes and got no new event skins :(. Closest I got was a dupe of the genji skin

I think playing Ana with an awful Winston and Genji may be able to transmit AIDS. All I hear is "I need healing" repeated 10 times overlapping the sonic boom caused by my mouse trying to track Genji repeatedly jumping over my head at the most awkward angles possible, plus my sanity cracking over having to outmaneuver the enemy Winston that nobody notices while also outmaneuvering our own Winstons desire to die.

Everyone's experienced the slog where you feel like you have to play the game for more skins because dammit, there's only so much time. And then you can entirely not get what you want anyway. Now, in defense of the system, most people don't want [I]everything.[/I] They usually are gunning for one or two skins. Even so, this model is unsustainable. Ok, suppose blizzard caves and adds every event item to the regular loot pool. You just increased the amount of items you could be getting in every loot box by [I]hundreds.[/I] The chance of getting what you [I]want[/I] only becomes MORE thin. And dupes become rarer too, so you get less coins. The only advantage to this is that it lets you grind year round. And it would only get worse, I just heard Jeff Kaplan yesterday on the stream claim that they have content dumps ready for [I]every month for the rest of the year.[/I] So event locking it makes it more feasible. That's just [I]for now.[/I] That only delays the inevitable. How many Halloween items need to be added before it becomes unfeasible within the october timeframe to get what you actually want without paying? One more halloween? Two? It'll happen eventually. So that leaves [BUY]. So that's the answer, fuck you, buy our shit? Well no. As Forbes noted, there's still every chance that [BUY] won't help you get what you want with this event. As item inflation gets worse and worse, what reason as a consumer do I have to [BUY] if I [I]still[/I] won't get what I want? I think this is unsustainable and will eventually hurt the player [I]and[/I] Blizzard. Even bringing up CS:GO, which does make this shit work despite having tons of skins at this point? From what I understand, CS:GO makes it work because you can get any case you want year round, and in each case you [I]only[/I] get skins from that case, not just random skins and items. And you can sell your skins in exchange for money. And you can directly buy skins you want if you really want them for pretty cheap, depending on what it is. Maybe I'm wrong, I never gave a half shit about CS:GO's loot crates.
