Yea totally. I felt the same way looking back on it. I did a little research and the team making the game was way over the deadline for it and didn't have it finished so there is a lot of missing content from the game. Thats why a different dev worked on the second one.

Well, there went a good chunk of my night. For an early access game, it is pretty well built and I keep finding new little tidbits here and there. I really do hope the developers take advantage of this game.
My big hope is that they make a decent vehicle creation system. I hope they don't skimp out by just making "skins" per say. I think the parts used in building should designate what the vehicle is capable of, and not the category.

Try spawning the house from the starting set. It has a door I think you can catalog, although I don't think it could be used. The house exploded when I tried to open it.

I recall there being some normal Lego bricks with compatibility with some Technic and Bionicle parts (mostly the x-bars or whatever the actual name for them is). I'm not expecting to see any Bionicle, but goddamnit I want to so much, it deserves a decent game.

This game is already basically one of my dream games but once they add full ldd compatibility I don't think I'll play much else again. Hopefully they add mech suits so I can pretend it's 2005 again with Exo force. Those were my shit.

The tube things work pretty well iirc, I didn't like the aliens though, they don't have any moving joints :(
When I was little I played so much Lego Rockraiders, it's probably my favorite theme to this day. I remember always looking at the cd cover and wishing I could have one of those sets. I always wondered why I never saw them in catalogs until one day my mom called and we found out that the theme had been discontinued for years. I was so heartbroken I remember, so I think about 6 years ago, a long time after I finally got money together and bought a Chrome Crusher off Ebay, it's one of my most prized sets :)

The camera needs some urgent work because it's really awful when building anything close to the ground, and even more awful when trying to build inside buildings.
The game is in dire need of a first person option, at least for building. Uniting the player and camera is just the only way to get the precision controls for a building game. I mean it worked for Minecraft just use it [sp]And also take the super sensitive camera controls from Lego Island for the hell of it[/sp]
Hope people can make worlds and set seperate rules for the worlds (no terraforming etc) so one can pretty much replicate games.

I'm a little worried nothing is going to change with the camera controls. TT Games is good and all, but their games have always had the worst cameras.
