I'd rather be able to play the whole game and be able to see and experience all of its gameplay content without having to pay anything outside of the initial price and be able to completely ignore the part that includes paying more money than being forced to pay extra just to keep playing.

The worst part is the confirmation that they are removing the keyless boxes on release. Like, fuck you dudes.

They made Tera, which was a pretty damn big and mainstream MMORPG. They're not exactly a small developer.

I would much rather prefer to be able to just buy cosmetics that I want myself but that doesn't seem to be the trend right now. Besides, we don't know that there won't be an option for that in the finished game. All they've said is that the boxes will remain and won't be free, they haven't said that there won't be any other way to get cosmetics.

To me, that means actual gameplay content, not some cosmetics.

I'd love for more games to go down the Titanfall 2 route for cosmetics. There's loads in the game, you spend in game credits to access some of them early, otherwise you complete challenges. And as a side revenue stream, Respawn sell "premium" skins that offer no game play advantage. PUBG already has the in game currency part. And the "kill x with y" challenges from TF|2 don't really fit. So I think it'd be a viable system.

I meant that as in that big pack of cosmetics is something worthwhile to pay for while a chance to maybe get one of the items you want is not.

Don't you just love it when you struggle to make top 10 by playing squads seriously... ...but then you queue SOLO squad FPP to farm some AFK kills and then take 2nd place despite prioritizing more kills over surviving?

Forsen is absolutely relishing in the stream snipers. Otherwise he would have muted All-Chat and blacked out the minimap and server info at the bottom.

[/QUOTE] this is the problem, it needs to be the trend. denying that it is a problem and insisting devs should be okay to add greedy microtransactions in does not help. we need devs to know that if they're going to sell us cosmetic content, it needs to be a straight sale and not vague gambling bullshit.

One day we will understand the inner workings of the vehicles in pubg[/QUOTE] to add to this, heres some research: - don't crash a buggy into any low object with space between it and the floor. a wheel will get caught and the buggy will blow up and kill you. - don't drive a dacia into the little hangars on the airstrip, there's some invisible spherical object about a third of the way across from the left at the entrance which will eat your wheel and blow you up and kill you. - the bike is the best vehicle because you can do sweet jumps in the last playzones near the mansion or east of george. watch out for trees because the branches have hit boxes and will flip you and kill you. - you can drive a uaz on any terrain, even down a sheer cliff. as long as you go slow. - the uaz is also the only vehicle that can take off at 30ks from 0. if you boost as you take off or hold the hand brake while you are healing, you can get this weird boost. [editline]6th September 2017[/editline] and also the bike is great because you can drive into shit at 150ks and it just stops and spins you without damaging you (which usually means the bike does a wheelie on its front wheel and throws you off)

I think this game's due some kinda content update. A new non crate gun and/or vehicle would be nice.

I think it's time for a new batch of firearms, the Revolver and the Crossbow are outright useless and need a makeover.

The M249 is literally the best rifle in the game too.
