However every game I've tried that had test builds usually comes with a big disclaimer saying things could go from missing textures to completely broken.
Or am I confused and should not treat the Test server as such?

My FPS is higher and way more consistent, actually feels good play. I also haven't seen any buildings fail to load in, which happened in what felt like half my games on the live branch. Game also seems to start up faster.

On the regular map sometimes buildings have rendering issues and I have to go hide in some grass for awhile, which makes going to a hotspot more or less suicide.
But on the new map buildings are ALWAYS rendered before I land, it's fucking awesome.

I've had crashes starting the game, crashes entering the waiting area, crashes while playing, crashes while playing that also crash me trying to reconnect. And whole two server crashes. And then also a crash when closing the game.
Trying to play with friends was a difficult :suicide:

The old or new one? The new one isn't out yet and will probably be dlc for Catholicism.
Managed to get 3 chicken dinners on the test server today. Most fun I've had in PUBG for months, going to be a painful wait between the end of testing and the 1.0 release.
Can you not select your region when playing test server? All I could do was choose solo, and I got stuck in some lagfest shithole. I'm guessing there are just no OC test servers running? What a shame.

So there was a promotion for the release of pubg on xbox here with people trying to get to a location first after it was revealed on facebook.
Just missed out on third place because some car cut me off while trying to park but still got in way before most people.
Turns out they completely botched the prizes though, of the prizes they had listed the actual pool they had on site was roughly half what was announced, they had no xbox gold codes which were meant to be given out to the first 25 or so people and had none of the hoodies that were for the last 50 people.
They also completely fucked most of the people that were going to attend, said the event started at 11 and you would need some secret code but they announced the location at 10:30 and you just had to go there and answer a super basic question. What happens when you win a round? gee I wonder
Bummed about no gold but I mean, free game so whatever. (I don't even own an xbox though)
