So how will that work? Do you attach skins to your character like clothing and any gun you pick up (of that type) will load that skin, or will all the guns in the wild have a random skin on them?
Almost certainly the former. No way in hell they are giving all guns skins, that defeats the purpose of them after all.
Is the emote wheel an Unreal Engine thing? You got something like that in Fortnite and something that looks exactly like that in Friday The 13th.
No don't believe so, but it seems like a common design to allow people to easily select an emote for example when they have multiple. Overwatch uses it too when you have multiple emotes/sprays to choose from.
I don't follow this game heaps - but does anyone else wish there was a classic deathmatch mode for it? You die you respawn and it's the most kills wins? Like I feel like it would be a great opportunity for that as a game mode.
coming soon to pubg: https://skin-tracker.com/pubg/datamining/ ugly weapon skins
Am I really the only one who enjoys weapons looking like weapons and not some fucking plastic toys?
coming soon to pubg: https://skin-tracker.com/pubg/datamining/ ugly weapon skins
Looks like they remodeled the weapons a little bit too, though it could just be the weird ass plastic skin. [editline]10th March 2018[/editline] Also holy shit a whole fucking year with this game
Got 6 kills. Felt really good (I only panicked once!). Ended up dying to the zone though. Spent too long looting a guy and completely forgot about the zone. As I was making my way to a vehicle, I saw a guy running for it so I shot him down. By that time the zone had reached the second point and the damage was too much :v: Never even made it to the vehicle... Is nobody going to bring up the fact that the game isn't working on 90% of mid-to-low range hardwares atm?
Oh its working the same as the last version except they added another anti-cheat that does fuck all but stutter the game because its essentially checking for cheats every few ticks it also works in the main menu because this dev team is amazing.
Is nobody going to bring up the fact that the game isn't working on 90% of mid-to-low range hardwares atm?
We know. Everyone knows. Nothing really changed. There's not much to discuss.
Is nobody going to bring up the fact that the game isn't working on 90% of mid-to-low range hardwares atm?
Or the fact that the customization menu lags more than the actual fucking game.
They're more focused on bringing out new shit instead of fixing the shit thats broken. that new shit, by the way, is also more than likely broken also.

Thank god the update gave me so much lag for no reason
Jesus christ this game is unplayable for the first 2~5 minutes of each round. Despite them "reversing" the previous update my fps tanks to fucking 20 whereas before last month I was getting 100~ within the same areas. The fuck have they done.

So yeah I love trying to play the fucking game to have my screen go black and my graphics card turns its fans on to leafblower mode. The fuck did you fools do :disgust:
pubg has the most incompetent dev team. i've played many ue4 games recently, which all look gorgeous and run amazingly well. [editline]12th March 2018[/editline] theyd be better scrapping the entire game and hiring a new team to build it from the ground up because i can only imagine the cursed nightmare that the pubg source code is. [editline]12th March 2018[/editline]
Fixed the blue blood effect being more visible than the red blood effect when player gets shot
aw why you gotta be a player hater bluehole?
Get some people to collab on an open source PUBG, just like people do with abandoned games like Age of Empires and Red Alert. That'd most certainly be interesting, but lawsuits all over the place.
Might actually be able to shoot my gun at something in the first 20 minutes of a game in that map!
Doesn't player density affect performance more than map size? Wouldn't performance actually be worse on a smaller map because of that or am I totally wrong here
Doesn't player density affect performance more than map size? Wouldn't performance actually be worse on a smaller map because of that or am I totally wrong here
No you're completely right, due to the netcode.
honestly is something fundamentally wrong with the dev team, how do they manage to fuck up every single time?
honestly is something fundamentally wrong with the dev team, how do they manage to fuck up every single time?
My guess is just extreme inexperience coupled with weird priorities.
Could someone more in the know than I help explain to me the connections between Tencent, Bluehole, and the PUBG Corporation?
Could someone more in the know than I help explain to me the connections between Tencent, Bluehole, and the PUBG Company?
Bluehole is the parent company and the original developer, PUBG Corp was founded as a sub studio for the game specifically, likely to split the distinction away from Bluehole as they're mainly an MMO dev, Tencent is glorious chinese publisher and developer that holds a monopoly upon the chinese market due to actual corruption, if you want into into the chinese market you have to do it via Tencent. Also Tencent owns a fuckload of shares in a lot of studios you'll know, Riot and Epic games are two.
hey can someone tell these people to stop shutting down the servers for maintenance during the fuckin peak hours thanks.
Holy shit, about 30% of the time I want to play it's down for maintenance.
9.1 GB for that :goodjob:
