Mass Effect Megathread: "I'm sorry, my face is tired from dealing with everything."

To be honest, DA:I and ME:A still are hub-based games, the only difference is the levels selected now are much bigger and mostly non-linear. You still sit in your hub ship and choose a map to land on.
DA:I didn't suffer nearly as much in the technical or graphical department so I think part of that solely lays on the ME:A team.
I think I need a break from Andromeda.
At the point I am in the game, everything is pissing me off: the subpar plot going about at a snail's pace; the awful character models with the same faces and clothing clipping all over the place; the needlessly convulted gear system; the big ass maps filled with useless stuff you may want to complete anyway for the fear it may actually be something important; the dialogues with your squad mates lacking in any kind of involvment or interest.
It's not going to get any better. The only standouts are loyalty missions.
Asari sentinel is fun as shit. Combos are weak, but it's still fun comboing on combos
Combos are simply something you do for extra crowd control between punching the fuck out of anything that moves.

Dude, listen, I need to recover the economic investment, at the very least

Just going for a casual jog in outer space, what's the problem?

Fortune favors the bold.
The Kett would be decent antagonists if, during crowded cutscenes, wouldn't be abundantly clear that the developers basically took a single Kett model and copy-pasted it on all the NPCs present.
The lack of [sp]Kett derived from the Milky Way species[/sp] for the sake of diversity and depth also bothers me
it would be nice if people just had even slightly different appearances
animation-wise too, when there's a dozen people stood around idle in the same way you don't notice but when they have a weird stance like the angara it's really easy to notice they're just all stood exactly the same
I'm really like ME3 tbh, far more than ME2. Though I know that ending is coming and is going to fuck it all up :(

Try to get in the ending with an open mind, at the very least.
And yes, I despised it a great deal too.
Wow the vanquisher turns mp into a point and click adventure
I don't know about you, but when I witnessed Gil's conversation about making children I really thought I was having a fever dream or something

Well I think the reason is because [sp]was that they have only had contact with the Milky Way colonists for a little over a year since they first arrived. You're talking about just barely 100,000 Milky Way colonists making an unexpected surprise to the Kett. I'm also certain that why they haven't so quickly exalted anybody from the Milky Way is because they have been studying all the 5 new species and just recently concluded that they would focus on exalting the Krogan first. That is where I think that it just makes some sense that we have been only fighting Angaran exalted and just barely fighting Krogan exalted for the end. These guys ain't like the Reapers where they poke you on a spike or ruthlessly fuse you into a reaper variant, they're much more methodical and deliberate on who they want to exalt and add to their gene pool.[/sp]
Also finished the main story for Andromeda. [sp]Im not sure if it has been so long since I played ME but the "Jungle/Forest run" through Meridian to reach the Archon was probably perfect compared to the other "runs" from the Trilogy. The Conduit run, the run to the extractor beam to reach the Crucible, the Shadow Broker chase, the Collector Base assault I feel like they don't match up to the latest and greatest. The Battle on Meridian feels like a nice mix of it all.[/sp]
Also, most favorite loyalty missions got to be a fight between Liam's and Dracks. [sp]Vorn's derpy personality and his love for Kesh made the mission hilarious. The Star Wars reference on Liam's mission was plain golden along with the comical interrupts.[/sp]
So where's the Turian merchant on [sp]Kadara[/sp] that buys things at full price? Is he in [sp]the port, or does he not appear until you found a colony?[/sp]

In the wind farm, always there and has a quest for you
In the wind farm, always there and has a quest for you
Note: Do the quest first, then you can farm money from her.
Since I'm reaching the end of the single-player, I popped into multi-player for a bit. It's... pretty good.
Some lag hiccups and my net can't handle hosting, but it's been fun to play. Actually kind of disappointed I didn't jump in sooner.

Uh
Where's the Wind Farm? I haven't run across this area yet and I've finished all the missions on Kadara.

It's up on a cliff side, it's west of the first forward station when you first leave the port. Just follow the road.
The more I play Andromeda, the more I feel disconnected from my character.
I mean, he never takes anything or anyone seriously ever, I select a dialogue option and he says something totally different from what I was hoping for, more often than not he says and do things without my input, at least at the point I am in the game, nothing I do is ever addressed later or have meaningful consequences down the line

There's several points where I desperately wanted to be Shepard because I KNOW Shepard wouldn't have taken the shit Ryder just took with a smile.
I want to play Andromeda with a Shepard look-alike as Ryder.
But I know it's gonna hurt me.
There's several points where I desperately wanted to be Shepard because I KNOW Shepard wouldn't have taken the shit Ryder just took with a smile.
Don't fuck with Shepard
Or you'll be the one getting fucked
There's several points where I desperately wanted to be Shepard because I KNOW Shepard wouldn't have taken the shit Ryder just took with a smile.
This, but at the same time, I was overleveled as fuck. I literally just saved the planet, [sp]killed a remnant the size of Kadara Port[/sp], without even getting a scratch on me, and some weak ass, random scrub of an asari straight up calls me a 'little bitch' and tells me to fuck off. Ryder then defaults to the 'visible confusion' expression and walks away, completely defeated.
[sp]To be more specific, in Kadara Slums, they were 'looting' and when I selected the prompt to call them out on it I was expecting to threaten them or just set Drack on them - Ryder just goes '... BUT LOOKING IS WRONG :'( . Like wow that was so jarring [/sp]
[editline]18th April 2017[/editline]
[sp]But yeah, SAM says something in the lines of 'they are sad enough already', but Ryder doesn't agree/disagree/do anything.[/sp]
So which other romance option has great dialogue? I've done Peebee so far
So which other romance option has great dialogue? I've done Peebee so far
Yesterday I cockblocked myself by telling Peebee I wanted strings too.
I can't even say I'm playing this game to witness some hot alien-on-human action
You see Female Ryder's tits if you romance Peebee, and Peebee's tits and ass, so the game is good because it shows blue butte.
I don't want to imagine that blue ogre naked
