Oh yeah, that 15% blind chance per hit is going to synergize crazy well (defensively) with animate weapon and maybe cast on melee kill + summon raging spirit, enemies shouldn't be able to get in almost any attacks when being constantly stormed by blinding minion attacks.

Dat "Ashes of the Condemned" sounds like the old goblin farming method in D3, where you spotted 10-12 goblins, did your best to kill as many as you could for loot.

The only one that would benefit from that Ashes box would be a ghostbuster, if he's lucky enough to get a box in the map he's running: gather all mobs around the box, open the box, unleashing all ghosts in all directions (I think that's how it works), let ghosts pass through all mobs, jee jeee loots afterwards.

Permanent leagues aren't wiped, and when a temporary league ends after about 3 months (for the major ones) the characters get moved to softcore standard or hardcore standard.
Oh, you're probably talking about builds being wrecked. Unfortunately it's a dice roll depending on the meta that's currently in use, and you'll have to eventually expect your build to get shafted.

Sorry Im not talking about wiping as in removing items and stats, but wiping as in your progress. There were several times I played where I got relatively far in I guess whats considered soft core, just to take a break and come back to have my progress removed and my skill tree gone.

Well the game's still evolving, and any major update such as an expansion pack always changes the skill tree and meta, so they give out free refunds. It's just something you kind of have to live with with how many updates GGG devs push out.

Eh.. The odds of getting a Voll's from that is going to be pretty slim. You'll end up with a ton of Shaper seeds and other worthless amulets. Just like Jack in the Box didn't really have an effect on anything, sure you could get a Shavronne's Wrappings, but you're probably going to get Briskwrap instead.

i mean yeah it's not gonna be like printing infinite volls but the chance of getting a volls from a lysah's is going to be significantly higher than getting a shavs from a jack in the box just because of how massive JitB's pool is

I'm using Shavronne's Wrappings as an example of a rare and valuable item. The odds of getting a rare and expensive item from Jack in the Box is miniscule. You're most likely not going to be getting your Shavronne's Revelation/Wrappings, Siege Taker or Voll's from handing them in. And just because there's a small pool of items doesn't mean the odds of getting one is any better. Look at something like The Aesthete, semi-rare card which has the chance of giving you either Shavronne's Wrappings, Pace or Revelation and I don't think I've read or seen about more than one or two people receive anything other than the boots.
I doubt the new divination card for a unique Agate amulet is going to play a significant role in the price of a Voll's Devotion. We have no information about the drop rate and location of these cards yet. I'm also sure that the fact that it's a non-corrupted Voll's Devotion you'll receive will make the card drop rate or the rate of Voll's incredibly low. You're still probably better off buying/farming Brittle Emperors or chancing agates if you really want a Voll's Devotion.
But hey, I hope I'm wrong and that Voll's start raining from the sky and I might be able to get one in a temp league.

Those Three Step Assault boots are amazing imo, but I'm not sure if I want to drop Darkray Vectors for that on a Frenzy Charge based raider.
