I've always felt that both vitality and clarity would be quite improved if they were a mix of both percentage and flat regen.
I like the suggestion someone posted a while back on the subreddit about making Vitality give % More Life Regeneration. So like 20-40% from 1-20, effecting flasks, % Regen etc.
So if you're building around regen, Vitality would make sense.
Maybe add a flat health gain and increased % of leech to it and people would start using it
how can one person cheat this much? i'm guessing bought founders pack rng

I haven't played at all this league. I'm so, so sick of levelling at this point. I hate having to play for like, 10-15 hours to see if my build is actually functional. If it's not, well back to the drawing board.

has the meta ever been this 'bad' before where there's just 1 ultimate build that trivialises all content?
usually there seems to be 3-4 faceroll builds with most being expensive to run

Most leagues generally had an ultimate build that outshined most other builds, but I don't think it has been as bad as BV in a looonggg time. And the thing about BV is that it's broken with minimal currency investment. Previously we have seen builds like Fakener, Rotc TS, Mjölner Discharge, Voltaxic Spark be dominant, but all those builds required some sort of investment to get them to an optimal level.
Bladevortex Pathfinder is broken strong even with pretty mediocre gear. And the combination between Vaal Pact, Vessel of Vinktar together with absurd amount of damage and the fact that 10-15K ES is easy to achieve makes for a dangerous combination.
I played BV Occultist as my first character this league and it was a lot of fun, but I can't deny that BV kind of ruined the league and ruined the Shaper fight. I was excited for the race for the first HC Shaper kill, but in the end it was just cheesed by invincible BV VP/Vinktar builds.

All future bosses will be immune to melee damage to discourage melee builds
Next boss is immune to direct damage. The boss fight is now a 2d sidescroll level where you need avoid getting hit and use the environment to damage the boss
So, GGG changed Zana's lines so she says "exile" less...
