Oh man, seeing this after the youtube video he put out saying PoE is too easy and he doesnt die and he wants a challenge like the upcoming Diablo Expansion. Man. I like PoE and Diablo 3, but PoE is actually Difficult and Challenging. There are mechanics that increase the difficulty of the game and makes it fun, while Diablo 3's "Difficulty" was increased stats which is a load of BS.
If PoE was "Hard" like Diablo 3, Athene wouldn't of died to that mob because it would of just had high stats which he would of been able to take care of due to his hand me down gear. Oh man what a fool.

which league you pick that up in? That's not a bad piece of work so far, though I think you could have shaved one or two ex from the price.
Did you use whetstones on it yet? don't forget to use whetstones/scraps.
I feel you payed too much for that, it's not even 5L and the damage on it is just a bit above mediocre for 2 Handers, iiirc you can roll up to 250% increased phys.

Seems pretty useless to me. ilvl of flasks doesnt mean anything, it's just any flask + any weapon. You also can't roll highest tier on high ilvl weapons, only 2nd highest. Maybe useful for races if you're really struggling, and maybe for twink gear.

Wasn't confirmed that the highest tier couldn't be rolled back when I posted it, but yeah, not being able to roll the highest tier pretty much shuts this down for endgame crafting.

15 Ex for a Sword like the one I bought isn't a bad price at all. A 5L 400 DPS 2h Sword goes for roughly 10-15 Exalts. It's also a lot harder to get a very good sword, 2h Swords doesn't have any amazing uniques to carry through end-game. Thus less people roll Swords and there's a smaller playerbase using 2h Swords.

Your sword is pretty basic, it has a very average pDPS for a 2h Sword. If you could Exalt a nice Attack Speed roll and/or a nice Ele damage roll it could be worth a few Exalts unless you luck out and get it above 500 DPS. If you want to add even more value to it, consider trying to 5L it. As you saw, a 523 pDPS 2h Sword went for 70 Exalts(Though, it's a 6L) but it should give you the general idea.

Why would you want to exalt ele damage on this sword when you can get hybrid phys and attack speed?
Rolling ele damage on this is pretty shit since it doesn't get scaled up at all.

It adds to the overall DPS(Which will help you when selling the sword), also your much more likely rolling Elemental Damage then hybrid phys. Good Attack Speed/Hybrid Phys would be optimal, yes, but unlikely.
I got this today. I am very happy. I do 310 DPS with just auto attacks at level 27.
