The energy shield is rather on the low side, for an endgame chest you should try to aim for at least 500+

With a good life roll it could be an entry level end-game hybrid chest. Especially for people who are playing EB or EB/MOM

For EB / MoM you'd want a Hybird ES chest.
Having a pure ES chest and then converting all of that ES into mana will leave you without tier 1 defences, which is generally a bad idea.

Running EB and MoM you have so much damage reduction, throw an AA in to the mix and you have enough to facetank almost anything in the game as long as you're not stupid about it.
You can always throw in a Granite if you're worried. But generally with EB/MoM builds it doesn't matter what sort of AR/EV you got on your gear you will have more than enough mitigation.

I'm sorry guy who rolled those 30+ Sidhebreaths and didn't get it.
Now how much is it worth? Apparently additional curse is high value?
In other news, my quest to getting more hp from level 57 with 1.7k has gotten me to lvl 66 with 3k, still needing to replace some gear with actual +hp though.

I got the wanderlust wool shoes at level 4 or 5 on my marauder and was wondering if it's gonna be any good on the higher levels. Plus the co-op system is weird I can't teleport to the players when they are far away from me.

They won't do any good at higher levels. In fact you can ditch them for a decent pair of rare boots by the middle or end of act 2.

Doesn't apply to all legendaries. Many are excellent for enabling builds, several excellent as they are, and some are just useful as filler if you don't have a good rare of that level. It depends heavily on your character and the specific build you're playing as.

Wanderlust are just uniques that help you leveling early on. You'll reach a point where rare boots that drop will offer you way better stats.
Generally speaking GGG wants to design uniques in a way that a rare item with perfect stats would be a bit better, but several uniques have mods that rare items can't roll and enable builds.
Shavronne's Wrappings is a perfect example, it's one of the most expensive uniques out there just because it makes Chaos Damage not go through your Energy Shield, so you can create a low-life build to benefit from Low Life bonuses without dying to Chaos Damage easily.

It's strong as fuck
You get +1 Chain on abilities and it has 50% chance to cast lightning spells for free that are socketed in it. It's just a very high-end late game unique item with low drop chance.

I sort of play this game casually, nowhere near rich enough to have a build that can actually do Cruel. My only issue with PoE is how newbie unfriendly it can be, none of the community guides really give simple explanations for entry level Cruel builds. So I sort of just fiddle around with builds for fun. Maybe I'll take up running/racing.

Ground Slam and EK crit are some of the easier ways to start a char that can manage cruel difficulty.
