That's not how it works. "Less" and "More" are multiplicative, but "Reduced" and "increased" are additive

Good price. The base is pretty decent for someone rocking EB. Duo res, decent life and good MS.
Probably could've gotten it for a bit cheaper considering the base item, but all in all they're a pretty solid pair of boots so it's not too shabby really.

It had its glory days, but the current Soul Taker gets outclassed so hard by good rares. It used to be really, really fucking good but it got nerfed.
Soul Taker + Aegis + BoR is still a thing though

I love the Masters crafting system. I was able to add +25% Fire Resist to these. High tri-resist boots with good movement speed and a big bonus to life makes them pretty dang good, even with a sub-optimal base item!
Still no friggen Shavronne's Wrappings, though. Jeez. Nice find.

Well I guess him too. I dont know, I just haven't got anything really good yet so all my builds are mediocre. Only cool thing I got was a great roll on a Foil on Standard for my Ele Buzzsaw build, which got nerfed by 1.2
