A lot more life, more mana regen (Since if you're going EB you might as well get a Cloak of Defiance eventually), longer chill/freeze duration, more chance to freeze, more cast speed. Less damage/crit but I don't think you need it. Bit more point heavy too.
thanks guys, i mostly ended up with Teh zip File's build expect for a few changes.
it works great too, im currently at 20k dps with power charges and buffs perma, freezing everything.
im able to use an even higher level of artic armour than pre 1.3 aswell.

Increased AoE, concentrated effect, lightning penetration, faster casting, increased critical damage, empower...
Probably the most important would be increased aoe - faster casting - lightning penetration. I didn't like spell echo on lightning tendrils because it made you stand still for so long.

I really dislike devourers, they are the most broken enemy in this game. Instantly popping up and do loads of damage. Would be nice if they had some sort of ground effect before popping up or something to at least alert players ffs

I just feel it coming... I wonder how Hardcore players would handle this.

a shit load of hardcore players have bullshit one button scripts to open the menu and click logout and/or scripts to alt f4 and most of them have deluded themselves into thinking that's the way its meant to be played because apparently devs said theyre allowed to do it
its fucking dumb, but any HC player doing that are just massive pussies

I can kind of see it in the devourer situation because that's a bullshit "mechanic" and needs to be fixed somehow, but a lot of HC players do it on normal play when they drop below half health which is just fucking stupid.
I don't think you'd get very far in HC without logging out.

I just found out how good Elemental Equilibrium is as a summoner. I run Arc linked with Culling Strike and Increased Rarity gems to MF cull mobs. At the same time I shock enemies and proc Elemental Equilibrium. I'm also running Hatred/Wrath on generosity for my minions to get great Fire/Cold damage.
The fun part is, minions can't proc Elemental Equilibrium. So using my Arc every few seconds is an insane damage boost to my zombies. Takes less than a second to demolish a pack of mobs, without Mon'tregul's Grasp or any sort of minion unique.
Most people probably know about this, I'm just so excited finding out about this. Especially since I love playing summoner builds.
