What's the point of the reputation?
What's the point of the reputation?
Doing master missions gives you reputation with them, which levels them up.
At level 2 you can invite them to your hideout and they give you their crafting bench, which lets you craft different stats on items.
At level 3 they can create a hideout for you, each master having their own tileset for the hideout.
At level 4 they sell items with their signature mod, Elreon for example sells jewelry that has -4 to -8 mana cost on it.
At level 5 their hideout can support up to 3 masters, level 3 is only 2 masters.
At level 6 they sell certain currency items at a discount compared to the town vendors.
At level 7 their hideout can support up to 4 masters and their crafting bench can remove master crafted stats.
At level 8 (max level) their crafting bench can craft their special stat, Elreon's is letting you master craft multiple stats on an item.
They also sell more items in general at higher levels, and they sell hideout decorations which you buy with reputation.

At levels 5 and 7 you also unlock more areas in your hideout (which means they get bigger, and get more space where you can play the sims.), and the masters add new decorations to their store each time you rank them up. You can buy decorations from them in towns.

Pretty sure like 70 of those are people that played the game for 1-2 hours when it got released, never to return again

I had no idea any of this existed. Thanks
Was checking my standard stash to see if I had a pair of null and void because I really miss rampage. I have a pair of flesh and spirit, bleh.
I got two legendaries. An amulet that gives +Health, Attack Speed and Damage to Minions, and a pair of boots that adds +1 to Zombies and Spectres
I think it's telling me something

Sidhebreath and Bones of Ullr are pretty nice leveling items for summoners.
Bones of Ullr are the best boots for summoners in the game, which is kinda sad. You can equip them at lvl 22 and then never unequip them.

They're best boots in the game for a summoner, because they're the only summoner related footwear in the game. But they're horrible and I wouldn't recommend using them at higher levels, especially once you get Mon'tregul's Grasp.
I'd recommend a good pair of rare boots. In the beginning of a league(until all the good rares show up) I just go for Rainbowstrides, especially if I'm rocking CoD/MoM or low life ES with Solaris Lorica(With CoP ofc.)
Trying to get some extra slots on an astral plate and I got 6 slots on the second jewelers, decided to drop a transmutation and a regal and ended with 70 life, fire res and elec res, may not be the best chestpiece in the world but it will last me for a while at least.
lightning tendrils is op
lightning tendrils is op
Yeah it is. I'm at level 51 on a Templar and the skill itself is doing 2100dps. In an AoE
Even elites with lightning resist melt
Not sure if I like the look of this armor or not.

Hall of Grandmasters map will be deployed in 1.3.1 somewhere next week!
Post if you encountered my character Flashcaterino :^)
I suddenly feel like doing a oro's sacrifice flicker strike build. But dunno which of the three guides to follow.
Alternatively I was wanting to do a CI build, since I never did one before.

Flicker strike shadow with CI and ghostreaver.
Double Strike with Multistrike is pretty ridiculous. Throw in Melee splash and Life on Hit... My life on hit gem only gives 24 at the moment, but that's still 150hp if you hit one thing... Melee splash hitting 5 things means 750hp per cast. It's stupid funny
im on now cruel difficulty but i need something that boosts mana regen
Do you have the clarity aura? That's the easiest way to get mana regen. You could also get more mana regeneration off the tree or even just more mana, more maximum mana = more mana regen.

Mana Leech on jewelry is also a very efficient method of obtaining mana as a phys. character.

clarity wont work when you spam lightning tendrils and arch in cruel difficulty
Hoping for an elemental version of facebreakers.

I used to love multistrike, until I noticed how i stood in place doing one or two extra attacks after killing some enemies.

It should. Leveled clarity + mana regen from the tree/gear gives you a shit load of regen.
If that doesn't work then mana flasks :v:
clarity wont work when you spam lightning tendrils and arch in cruel difficulty
You will want to grab Mana/Mana regen from passive tree and try to build your passive tree a bit around mana nodes.
The more mana and mana regen you have, the better Clarity will be.
The mods which removed status ailments and bleeding now provide immunity to those effects. The "of Dousing" suffix makes you immune to ignite, while still removing burning.
I wonder if crit CI builds are going to use a Surgeon's Quicksilver Flask of Heat to be immune to freeze now.

Hall of Grandmasters looks fun. Unless you're immune to EVERYTHING you're going to instantly die :v:
I noticed there was an achievement for having 60 minions out at once, is this done mostly with spirit skeletors + triple totems + faster cast speed, or is there a less gimmicky way to do it (mass skeletons and zombies, then a high level skeleton army and then try to spam spirit skeletors?)
I feel like trying a triple totem enraging spirits build either way, viable for the achievement or not. Should I focus on cast speed items/passives, minion items/passives (that affect spirits) or something else entirely (like added fire damage, cold damage and lightning damage on hit, then go for elemental damage stuff)?
dom blow + melee splash + increased duration
Is it hard to get 500 points? I really want that alternate art bino's. And some general racing guides/videos or just some race recordings would help.
