I know I've bought the complete edition at least 3 times but I can never remember my account info for it. Oh well :v:
should be the same info as your GW2 account if you've ever linked them
Never have, probably never will. Or maybe I will, I dunno. Sorta want to play it again but school just started.
I'm kicking myself for not just popping on once per Living World episode.
e: is it better to salvage or sell greens and blues?

Salvage. You get more out of the materials than the actual items.

Salvage all up to rare (you want them ectos) and sometimes exotics if they're not worth much on the TP. You can also make a decent change from the ectos even if you don't use them to craft. Just make sure you're using a Mystic/master salvage kit for the rares and exotics
In other news, I just finished my first set of full ascended for my 'zerker guardian as well as crafting an ascended sword and possessing Ydalir. Dem T4 fractals are wonderful chunks of daily dosh.
Did the FP guild ever get remade?

Not really worth joining; glorified chatroom really. Check out EG or something
It's not even a chatroom whenever I play, barely anyone is ever online and playing unfortunately.
Is there a login period for the Anniversary rewards?
Don't think so, it's just your birthday gift.
What Living World episodes are actually worth buying based on achievement rewards/items?

For the story alone, all of them plus the rewards and achievements are the icing on the cake.

At the very least, get s3. The new zones you get from it are very good for farming and are pretty fun to boot.
Bitterfrost Frontier is especially useful to have access to if you're crafting ascended or legendary stuff thanks to the insane unbound magic farm

LWS2 ep 5-8 are required for Luminescent armour set, which is done through Dry Top and Silverwastes
Holy shit, I just realized that my Candy Corn and Zhaitaffy (which I have stacks of)are worth ~1g each. Time to sell!
just need elementalist and ranger and i'll have one of every profession, probably going to do female charr for the ranger but i can't decide between female asura or female sylvari for the elementalist
i wish there was a 10th profession so i could round it all out perfectly and have one character of each race/gender
Asura elementalist always, then go staff to shoot fireballs bigger than your character.

Candy Corn is about to drop like a rock too. I would have expected it to drop already.

I just logged on and it was only ~40c each =(
Nahh I fucked up, for some reason I figured GW2efficiency showed the price per piece rather than total :suicide:
my male asura is a necromancer and i had a really tough time coming up with a good outfit for him that wasn't just a full cultural set, i'm not sure if i could come up with a good light look for a 2nd asura
sylvari females always seemed a little boring to me and i really do not like their voicelines but they seem a little bit easier for fashion wars due to being basically humans
Shame it ain't a female asura though, cause AFAIK female asura necros have the best voice lines in the game. But yeah, I also did want to have at least all the races and I made my necro a sylvari but found out their responses/lines are pretty boring so I guess I'm biased against british salads. For me I'd take an outfit I can't perfectly nail rather than jarring voice lines, every single time I hear one of the "exhibit" npcs in the HoT maps going "wow nice armor ;)))" followed by 4 simultaneous "thanks" I just die inside. At least you can always change an outfit, but you can't do that for a voice.

My favorite line is when you order them to explode.
I'm still disappointed in minions. Being able to fully kit your skills from GW1 aside, minions used to have substance. Minions in 2 are small and...unassuming? They're kinda boring. Why is a Jagged Horror the size of a hamster?

I think the big thing is gw1 had instanced maps where as in gw2 it's all open, and if necro minions where bigger, we'd all get buried in a sea of stinky boys. Tbh though, I do agree that anet made minions pretty lame in general. They feel like sort of a secondary feature of necro, where you can't really build your character for being a minions master anymore (at least in pve).
i like the flesh golem and blood fiend but the rest are pretty disappointing
sucks they still have pretty awful ai though
Having a necro in your party in the Mai Trin fractal is suffering.
She constantly breaks aggro to attack minions that'll just sit there and fuck up the kiting.
Yeah. I just miss shit like doing the 55(?)hp necro with strong minions and high-skill. After witnessing the suffering of an HP farm with a few Raven glider people, I understand why minions aren't bigger in general, but they could've made them more viable beyond PVE.
Free key in the gemstore today, boys.
my alt account got the rare glider/backpack combo lel
saving the key on my main
Trying to get into the game just curious do people run different builds for world map stuff? Just seem rather squishy.
Playing warrior.
different builds only really come into play at max level, before that you can run just about anything
as long as you equip yourself in full +power gear while levelling you should be able to kill things faster than they can kill you most of the time, i'd recommend starting out with guardian instead of warrior though, far more survivability and more damage
oh he's already 80 with enough hero points

The Zephyr wings? I got that out of one I opened from I think like a story reward key.

You never have enough hero points.
